The training coaches are awesome! Very knowledgeable, positive, motivational, and understanding by meeting you where you are and helping you accomplish your goals.
I enjoy the strength and conditioning training programs and the convenient times and length of the classes.

This gym is amazing, it has helped me become stronger over the past four years. This gym offers a variety of different types of workouts and has something here for everyone. The coaches are very kind, knowledgeable, motivating and are willing to help when needed. The community here is amazing and welcoming and you are able to meet many new people. I love this gym and the people here!!!

Love Peak Athletics! The Owners and Instructors are great people! Jordyn and Kari both do all they can to help you have a successful workout and are well versed in physiology and are great at explaining how your body works. They are also great in modifying an exercise to meet your need. Great location!!

Love my gym family! The coaches are extremely knowledgeable about all things fitness. They will help you reach your goals! The 30 minute workouts are challenging yet fun and empowering. A variety of exercises helps keep every day interesting. Best gym in the area!

Great gym! I 100% recommend this gym to anyone looking for a quick and convenient 30 minute workout that will help you with whatever goals you have! They have 6 time slots to choose from each day that all have the same workouts, so if you miss one in the morning you can go in the evening! The trainers are very knowledgeable and eager to help and answer any questions you have.
