Should have known not to buy 2 memberships for a year for 450$. They closed today, gave machines away before today. We got to work out for 3 weeks and should have received $412.50 back. After letting her know day after day this is unacceptable, she gave us $350 back, and we were glad just to get some back. But when they made excuses their phones were turned off, no air, and broken treadmills not fixed. On top the owner wasn't the one that told us, it was another client. We werent the only ones she was taking year memberships from, knowing....she would say, come tonight I will write you a check. We live 30 minutes away and of course she wasn't there.
