No group fitness class that I have experienced so far measures up to P360, both in the format and in the ambition that it sets for the attendees. The format is challenging yet varied, so doable. I had never done barbells or Olympic movements before and I am not a terribly well coordinated person - yet I feel like I have a handle on each new movement. This is solely due to the consistency and the excellence of the coaches - and this I cannot emphasize enough. The coaching is precise, challenging, and supportive, and the staff keep up the energy and a positive vibe, while continually attending to the whole room.
The main format of the class are two strength focused sessions (with different dynamics/timing/weights) followed by a short, faster, cardio-like session. The workouts are posted ahead of time, so I can plan/space out all my fitness activities for the week, and sometimes follow their daily workouts when I travel. As a 51 yr old woman who had strength gains as a goal, I am surprised by my own progress in just 2 months (and I was lifting before).
The whole P360 business model, from the flexibility in changing the membership types and cancellation deadlines, to class signups is so obviously focused on the customer. Really, really impressed.

Myself (50M) and wife (51F) joined P360 Arlington about two months back. We had been attending another local class-based gym for 18 months and were looking for a change. It's been a very positive experience. First and foremost, the coaches are uniformly excellent. Each one has taken time to observe my form and provide useful feedback. This is particularly helpful on some of the more dynamic barbell movements. My wife is of small stature and had no experience with Olympic barbell movements. She's made tremendous progress in a very short time. Most importantly, because of the support and instruction that the coaches provide, she doesn't feel intimidated by these exercises.
The core PSC workout is a good mix of strength and endurance training. The Monday-thru-Friday classes are setup so I can get my daily endorphin rush without over training. I'm doing fewer movements than in my previous gym with better results.
My fellow gym rats have been welcoming and supportive. It's a good community they are building here and I hope it will continue to grow and prosper.

As someone who is active but hadn’t lifted heavy weights in a long time, I was a bit anxious to start at P360. But from day one, I discovered that the environment here is outstanding! The entire community (coaches and members alike) is incredibly supportive, encouraging, and genuinely invested in each other’s progress. I’ve seen the whole gym stop to cheer someone on and celebrate milestones, like hitting new PRs. That energy is what gets me up for those early morning classes!
What I appreciate most is that the coaches meet you where you are and help you grow from there. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, offering expert guidance on form and technique, even reminding some of us to breathe! What sets them apart is their commitment to safe and sustainable progress. Every movement is coached with purpose, and there’s always a focus on doing things the right way before chasing heavier weights.
I’ve never felt stronger, and I’m excited to keep training here and make even more friends along the way!

P360 is more than just a Gym, it's a community! While I don't traditionally prefer workout classes, I LOVE this gym, the coaches, and the workout structure. The cycle based approach ensures that about every 6 weeks you have new goals which for me has been extremely motivating and rewarding!

I've never been one for group workouts, but P360 has completely changed my perspective. Each session is unique, yet thoughtfully structured to work towards clear goals over each training cycle. The workouts are dynamic, engaging, and challenging. They push you in the best way possible.
After years of solo workouts that had started to feel monotonous, P360 has completely renewed my interest in fitness. Whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced athlete, you'll find a place here. The trainers are fantastic. They are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in your progress. Not bad DJs either!
One of the best parts of the experience is the community. Everyone is incredibly encouraging and supportive throughout the sessions. I'm used to keeping my headphones in and doing my own thing at the gym, but P360 has me cheering on my classmates and celebrating their wins alongside mine (when I have the energy to do so). If you're looking for a gym that challenges you, supports you, and makes working out something you actually look forward to, I can't recommend P360 highly enough.

Joining P360 has hands down been one of the best decisions I have ever made! I found P360 as a way to bring routine, purpose, and a challenge back into my life. What I got was more than just a gym—it's a community that pushes you to grow outside your comfort zone. P360’s personalized, and science-backed approach helped me not only rebuild strength, both physically/mentally but also connect with an amazing group of people.
The motivating environment, knowledgeable trainers, and the sense of community keep me returning. Each coach has been there right next to me, sweating and “suffering” through the same workout - all while hyping me up to reach my full potential along the way! 12/10 playlists as well - but overall it’s been a transformative experience that’s helped me push myself towards a path of growth and have an absolute blast while doing it.
The commitment to functional fitness and measurable results is what truly sets it apart from traditional gyms. I’ve never been bored with a workout, I’ve always been encouraged, met with a smile at the beginning of class and then a celebratory sweaty high five at the end. At the end of the day, the goal is to create community, improve performance, and cultivate a healthier lifestyle.

Can't recommend P360 enough - top tier workout, coaches, and atmosphere.
I was getting bored with the usual push-pull-legs split at the gym, so I gave P360 a try when they first opened in April, and I have been going ever since. I've seen great progress in all of my lifts and endurance over the past 3 months, thanks to the well-structured 5-week cycles that incorporate strength and conditioning into every class.
I used to spend 1.5 hours at the gym and never came close to getting as good of a workout as I do here in less than an hour.
All of the coaches are super friendly and knowledgeable and emphasize good form above all else, so don't be afraid if you're newer to lifting - they will get you moving right and continue to challenge you.

I’ve been coming to Performance 360 Arlington since they opened and have over 40 classes under my belt. Before this, I was bored with Couch to 5K (where I ran outside regularly without getting hit by a car leaving a parking garage 😉) and hadn’t done any real strength training in over 15 years. I didn’t have a solid knowledge base, and walking into a gym like this, where most people are super fit, was definitely intimidating. But I’m so glad I did.
The coaching is outstanding. Sara and Chanda in particular are incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and have helped me train smart around a shoulder injury. Learning Olympic lifts with actual coaching has been a highlight. It’s like having an expert personal trainer for a fraction of the cost.
The community here is super positive, supportive, and fun. I didn’t know anyone when I joined, but I’ve always felt welcome. I’m often partnered up with guys lifting way more than me and never felt out of place, everyone’s here to challenge themselves, not show off.
The programming is excellent. It’s focused, smart, and challenging without being chaotic. It’s not random CrossFit-style burnout or 14 different movements per day. Every week you will see the other coaches taking class right beside you because the workouts are that good.
Starting your day doing something challenging and for yourself is the move. I head to work riding an endorphin high when I get a P360 class in first thing in the morning. This place is the real deal.

I've been a member since they first opened a few months ago and I truly love coming here! It had been quite a bit since I had done heavy lifting but the coaches are fantastic at ensuring proper form and working different modifications in to the workouts. No two workouts are the same! The community and team atmosphere really is unique and I consistently find I WANT to challenge myself more and more every time I go. 100% recommend!

Before sharing my experience, I first want to point out that 6 of the 25 reviews on here are written by the current coaches of Performance 360 (Dave, Sara, Callie, Camille, Chanda, and Jamieson/Jamie), which is a conflict of interest and against Google’s review policy.
I was considering a membership here but was very off-put by Coach Jamie. I came by last week to let her know about a significant safety issue with trainers having trainees sprint back and forth in front of a very active parking garage that has blind spots. I suggested that the trainees do the running drills on the other side of the same street, as there are no parking garages on that side. She immediately dismissed me, saying she had “no control” over that. I reiterated that it was an important safety issue and people could get hurt, and she said she would talk to her owner about it later. I asked if I could please speak with her owner about it, as I’m very concerned; she replied that the owner never comes in in-person because he lives in California.
I also informed her of the safety risk of trainers having trainees holding weights over their heads and not looking while walking in front of moving cars, and Jamie condescendingly responded, “That wasn’t us. We never take dumbbells out of the gym. You must’ve seen another gym because that wasn’t us.”
The conversation with her was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I will no longer be considering a membership here, and I will continue to let my friends and neighbors know about Performance 360’s disregard for their trainees’ safety.

P360 is set apart! I've done years of crossfit and other hiit type workouts and this is the best of ALL of the fitness worlds. Coach Sara is a GEM. She makes a group class feel so personable and approachable. She knows names, pushes you just out of your comfort zone but within your ability. I've been to a handful of gyms in the DMV and Performance 360 is my favorite due its excellent programming, welcoming and nonjudgmental atmosphere, and emphasis on supportive community. The workouts challenge you no matter your fitness level while allowing space for modification and amplification. The coaches are all awesome and I've enjoyed each of their classes, but Cory is especially knowledgeable and invested in your growth, and Bri has a great balance of pushing and encouraging you. The facility is clean and well-maintained. You can tell how everyone who works out there genuinely wants to be there and grow, and I love how people cheer each other on. 11/10 recommend!
