Took my first Pilates Tower class tonight - really enjoyed it. Great instructor (Shawn), good safety protocols on place (temperature taken before entering the studio, wipe down of all equipment after class).

I have attended Darina's matt pilates class off and on for years. Darina is mindful and engaged instructor who always improves her craft to meet her clients needs. The class is challenging, but when I incur a hurdle, I ask her for help and she provides you the guidance needed to over come. The virtual option is perfect for my life at this moment. The results are the same as if I were in person. In these times, the Wednesday, virtual matt pilates class provides me the balance and exercise I needed to achieve a healthy body and mind.

I have started to take Darina' s virtual Mat Pilates classes. It is awesome, mind easing, challenging in a great way, energizing, very needed in these unstable times. Darina is very professional and great person! She pushes you to forget about all craziness that is happening and just helps to enjoy your own time; the moment. I highly recommend to take her class.

Darina is the best instructor and though I have only been able to do her virtual yoga/Pilates class she is amazing at guiding you through the routines and always asks what people want to work on which I love! Being able to have a virtual class option right now with Coronovirus is so great!

I have taken Darina’s live online Pilates class a few times now and I love it! It’s just like she is there in the room with you providing support and personal direction through each move to ensure you get the most out of her classes. I really felt the effects of yesterday’s class this morning! If you’re looking for a great Pilates class to keep you moving while you’re stuck at home look no further! I would highly recommend Darina to keep you sane and your body toned during these crazy times.

I am new to Pilates and started taking the Saturday morning class with Darina about one month ago. Since then I have felt myself getting stronger and my endurance going up. I love how Darina gives us a variety of moves and also listens to what the class wants to focus on as well. I am now a Pilates fan for life!

HIGHLY recommend PiYoBa Studio! I’ve been taking Pilates at PiYoBa for almost 3 years and the classes have totally changed my life. Classes are small so you get personalized instructions ensuring you are doing the exercises correctly. This is very important as I have back issues and must be careful. Teachers are extremely well trained so classes are innovative and not repetitive. I’ve taken Pilates at other studios and there is no comparison. Conveniently located in Burke between Fairfax and Springfield. I would not go anywhere else!

This is an amazing Pilates studio!
They provide personalized attention during classes - the classes are small - 3 reformers, which is perfect! Davina and Lauren are awesome - They make even more complex moves super easy and fun! The 50min zooms by... ❤️❤️❤️. (And classes are very reasonably priced). After a class you’ll feel like your body had a breath of fresh air!

I’ve enjoyed all of the classes I’ve taken at Piyoba and they have become my weekly routine. All the instructors are personable and helpful and all classes challenge and motivate! Boot Camp with Suzanne, Barre with Shawn and Yoga with Jill have been the classes that I love and work with my ever changing schedule.

Amazing class, teacher and space! This was my first pilates class ever and I will be back! The class worked you out, but did not stress you out. I left feeling the burn but still able to walk my 10,000 steps for the day. My muscles felt stretched and used, but not burned and noodle like.
Tricia the instructor gave one on one attention and really helped to make sure we understood the movements. Her passion is evident and I will be back!

This is a great place to workout. I have tried most of the classes and liked them all!! My favorite is the Pilates reformer class. The reformer is a fun way to strengthen your muscles and burn calories. Tricia is an amazing and knowledgeable instructor. She takes the time to explain the moves and pushes you to your individual level. The small class size is like your own personal training session. It is a beautiful studio too.
