Slowly shifting my gym routine to Planet Fitness to save money but this morning when I arrived there was a homeless woman sitting on a tredmill with her beloinging scattered all over the place. I still was able to workout uneffected, but then when I got to the showers one of them was completely clogged to the point of overflowing. I am really hoping that today was a fluke and am hoping that next time I can have a better experience. Also would I would love to have some coat racks in the shower/bathroom spaces, so I don't have to rely on the one metal chair with all of my belongings.

The facility is very clean and spacious. Staff is super friendly and professional as well. Came here as a black card guest and now thinking of getting a membership!

Very friendly staff, Manager is from 5th Street location super helpful and professional glad he's running this location. Plenty of equipment to use and the private changing rooms are a huge plus.

I brought my 84 year old mom in hoping to sign us both up. The men at the front desk were completely uninterested in helping us with that and basically pointed us to a sign up computer then walked away. After trying for a few minutes, we both left with no membership.

I LOVE this location. Adam remembers everyone’s name and checks you in as you walk in the door! If he sees you walking in and your arms are full, Adam will open the door for you! He will help with anything he can and knows the ins and outs of this place!

I love the atmosphere here and the changes they’ve made in the building and architecture.

Only change I would make is adding one more fan towards the doors over cardio/treads and weights.

So glad Adam works at this location.

Would not come here if I have to change.
Place is new. Smells new. Great space. However there are NO LOCKER ROOMS. They have individual changing rooms then you have to carry all your stuff in front of everyone to put them in a locker outside by the machines in the working-out area. Not my favorite at all.

So far the gym is great, alot of room to expand. If I could request one thing, I was going to the one by Wegmans/Dick's and the thing I hated most were people sitting on machines on their phones for 5-10 minutes like no one else was waiting/wanting to use that machine. Could you please crack down now on people parked on their phones. Maybe signs that said no phone use while on machines or get off machines while on phones, something to that effect. thanks.
