It’s your standard PF. HOWEVER, if you are a serious bodybuilder or lifter of any kind, steer clear. Most of the folks spend their time playing on their phone on the machines wasting time, or they will workout in front of the smith machines, and when you ask if they are using it to be nice (and they 100% were not using it) they will tell you yes they are and then stare at you like they want you to flirt with them or fight you the rest of the time you’re there. People will also start working out directly in front of you if you are using the mirrors just to be annoying or are that oblivious and inconsiderate. Honestly, not coming back here, wasted my time, bad workout. I wish I could ask if I could be banned.

Super early weekday morning and this Planet Fitness was nearly empty. Perfect. I had no problem at check-in or finding a locker to store my stuff. A few minutes of stretching and then the 30 minute circuit went well. All of the equipment was working and no one else in this area so no sharing!

Afterwards, a quick shower and I was ready to continue my day. This was a good PF and I had a good workout.

I’m so sorry Christina seems to have had a similar experience as me. I get called about bills because I change my card but when I asked questions on what is it I’m not doing because my credit score kept going down, they will tell it’s because I’m not doing my part. I pay my bills on time, use my credit card 30% and pay it off but my score keeps going down. No one told me I had to call department of education. A coworker mentioned it to me and I called and my score went up. Uqual is not for everyone. They saw this since may that I needed to call ED department but no one explained to me. I called the department earlier this June

The worst location I have been to. I travel for work, so I use different locations and this one takes the cake as the absolute worst. The showers did not work, the A/C was broken, the black card amenities were down several times while I was in town, the staff were clueless about literally everything with no managers available or answering the phone when other members tried to reach them about the above issues. I will not be using my membership here ever again - To be honest, this is the first time in almost 10 yrs of having PF I’ve considered canceling my membership.

Not sure what the new employee's name is but I've been going to this gym for almost two years with no complaints however this new employee came up to me because I had a small purse on my treadmill, not the one next to me but mine as I keep required medication in there that I would not be able to make it to the locker room if something went wrong. She told me I would have to complete my workout with it on in order to continue my workout. I explained to her I had medication in there, she didn't care. Worst customer service ever, she did not care. Stupid policy, I can understand bags on the floor as tripping hazards but a small bag that does no harm that I have to have on me....she's running people out of this gym and I've seen he confront several people. Not worth it. Go get a membership at Anytime Fitness or Crunch. They care about people. Plus the parking lot is disgusting, there are homeless people parked in the parking lot, trash all over, the gym is always leaking from the ceiling, they have a portable ac unit in the 30 minute workout room, and half their machines and water fountains are always broke down. They should start worrying about these items before harassing their paying customers. I came for location and convenience but I'd rather go elsewhere then to deal with this when I'm just trying to get a workout in. Then she ran and told her manager or lead at the front desk like she always does....she goes looking to ruin someone's workout. Steer clear they are not about the customers here. I left, upset and only worked out for 20 minutes. She's the worst of the worst and yes I'm angry as this has not been an issue for almost 2 years and every other planet fitness has no problem with my little bag for my medications as I visit several through my work week. Good luck keeping her employed here, she's running away more members than keeping them! Also there has been broken glass in the parking lot for over 3 weeks and attached are a few pictures of current trash in the parking lot and broken glass that's been there! Yeah they really care about their customers!

Since moving out-of-state I tried to end my membership and they simply will not allow this unless I physically go to the original gym even though when I started my membership is specifically says cancel anytime.. it will continue to bill you and it seems like a big scam.. Once a Promising Gym—Now a Trifling Mess

This Planet Fitness opened with promise on 11/12/2018.

Fast-forward to today, and it's a shadow of what it could be. The gym is grimy, the equipment feels outdated compared to other locations—both in the area and out of state—and the airflow is miserable. It’s constantly hot and stuffy, even in the early mornings.

It feels like the owner has completely checked out.

The roof is leaking, and two elliptical machines have been broken for *three whole months*. For the first two months, they were lazily cordoned off with wet floor signs.

Now, they’ve been shoved into the middle of the aisle like forgotten junk, signs thrown on the ground like someone gave up entirely. It's beyond frustrating—it’s *egregious*.

This location sits in a prime spot, yet it's being run like an afterthought.

Please, for the sake of everyone who uses this gym: if you’re not going to fix the broken ellipticals, just remove them already. Three months is more than enough time.

Upgrade them, toss them, do *something*. And can we please retire the wet floor signs? We've suffered enough.

Visiting the area for the second time and the same girl, Jozlyn, is front and center. She is SO pleasant, the first time I spoke to her she was scrubbing, SCRUBBING, the floor mats in the shower area. She wasn’t just doing it, she was on a mission. She’s also well maintain and cute while she works. It makes me want to come back to this gym. I’ve been to PF guys all over the east coast and she, I will remember. Of you don’t give her a raise, I’m telling TikTok yall don’t care about your employees and members 👀🙃

First of all, the staff are outstanding, problem is, several treadmills are always down, several times, TVs don't work,or no sound from the treadmills.at times water fountains inop, and stay like that for months, hydro chairs, never have all 3 working, tanning beds, only have 1 working at present time, really hard to justify paying for a black card membership.

I really appreciate the affordability and quality of the gym. The staff do a great job making sure everything is clean.

I do wish there were more weight lifting equipment compared to all the cardio machines. The cardio machines take up almost 75% of the place. I understand that if there were more weight lifting equipment, it can "look" more intimidating, but I find myself waiting for multiple machines a few times a week. I know that it's not on brand for you guys though. The issue is that there are 10 row machines and I have only seen 1 person use them. That's just take up space.

That is my main critique of the gym. More weight lifting equipment. Less cardio equipment. Thanks for all you do!

This gym is awesome. The good features include space, having an abundant assortment of cardio equipment, clean facilities, and on site showers. It is one of the few 24 hour gyms in the area. They also have the arc trainer as a rare cardio treat.

The only minor downside to it is in the morning the changing and shower areas can get a little backed up. So make sure you budget for this if you’re going before work. Otherwise I have no complaints only praise for this facility.

The local PF have a great staff that’s very supportive and willing to assist their customers. The staff do their best to clean and sanitize every equipment and locker rooms. I love the unassuming atmosphere, people at all different stages and walks of life, just trying to better themselves. I also love how easy it is for someone who isn't familiar with the machines or even exercising in general to be able to make a plan for themselves based on their goals. I love the breakdown on each machine of what exactly you're working with it, and the QR code with video demonstrations so you don't have to be embarrassed if you don't know. I would advise anyone to make the 25 dollar investment a month to the black card experience at planet fitness with access to 2200 facilities worldwide you can work towards getting your body in shape as well as your mind. The atmosphere is very stimulating for your workout experience. Finish up your workout with the hydromassage which is assesible to black card members. It is very much work it. Each facility I have been to is super clean and just a good workout experience.

The place is awesome and you can't beat the $10 a month membership. There are plenty of treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, stair climbers, and rowing machines for cardio. Lots of equipment, machines, and free weights for lifting. Touchless water bottle filling machines and water fountains are available to use. Lockers and showers are available as well. Only thing you'll need to bring is a towel for sweat or to lay on the benches. Spray bottle and paper towel stations are set up through out the gym so be sure to wipe down the equipment!
