As a black card member you can bring a guest with you and there's no limit on the number of visits. 4 tanning beds, 2 red light beds, 4 massage chairs, 3 hydromassage beds, all of the machines you need for a full workout and super friendly and welcoming staff! They're currently underway with updating some of the equipment but it's still very clean and has everything you need!

Button line up front: this is one of the smallest locations in the NCR, packed full of treadmills and teenagers, with little room for movement and long lines for benches/racks/equipment.

Pros: cheapest monthly fee you’ll ever find at $10 per month for 24/7 access (excluding weekends and holidays). Everything is clean, bathrooms and showers are taken care of, and staff are always friendly. Plenty of parking since it’s located in a shopping plaza with Teeter, IHOP, Subway and a liquor store. All your shopping needs will be met. Lockers are always operable and free of charge.

Cons: very small, congested and busy. I’d guess about half the floor is treadmills and ellipticals, with only about 50% or less being used at any given time. Only one dumbbell rack and four benches to fight over. That’s it. Always a long line waiting for a bench. Always a wait for anything that’s not a treadmill. And they only have three racks, so those are at a premium since folks like to spend 30 minutes recording themselves doing hip thrusts. And lastly, the place is packed with teens, often in groups of 3-4, on their phones, socializing and occasionally lifting weights. But mostly standing around and watching people. Peak hours are from 7-11 a.m. and 2-7 p.m. Less crowded during lunch or before bedtime.

Recommendations for franchise management: expand the footprint of the building, add a second floor for all the treadmills like most of the other PF do, add more benches and free weights, initiate a 21+ timeframe for workouts, say from 8:00-11:00 a.m.

Conclusions: if you’re a serious gym person who values space and choice, then pay the money and join one of the better local gyms in the area. If you’re claustrophobic, love crowds of teens, enjoy waiting in lines for a bench, or don’t want to pay more than $10, then this is the place for you.

I like this gym, but whatever program allows kids to come for free is awful. If you pay for a membership just know that all summer there will teens tweens and little kids flopping and flailing around. Reading there phones, talking up machines they don’t use. Traveling in packs and making exercise here miserable. Please cancel this stupid program, it’s a gym - not a daycare center.

The place is decent overall, but there are a few downsides. It closes early and isn’t open 24 hours on weekends, which makes it tough to fit in a workout sometimes. Shiny and new does not make a great gym. Functionality, choice of equipment and space make a great gym. Unfortunately this gym has no true flow, does not allow variety when working certain muscle groups and is extremely too small. It’s repetitive equipment and congestion… this space honestly gave me anxiety so i left within 30 min. This gym needs an expansion and revamp. Definitely does not give this chain justice.

This Planet Fitness is one of the best locations that I have visited (and I have been to over twenty as an "off and on" member since 2010). It isn't just the cleanliness, or the availability of good/new equipment that makes this place so special (though that is still a definite plus!).

What makes this location so great is the staff, specifically Uzair and Solamon. These guys answer all of my gym-related questions and respond to all of my requests with smiles on their faces. It's not often that I call out employees by name, but one of the highlights of my weekend, is getting to have a short chat with these two rockstars before I start my workout.

They say "Customer Service is dead," but anyone who walks into this location will likely site their interactions with Uzair and Solamon as evidence to the contrary.

I love this PF, very clean and lots of equipment! I’ve used the bathroom and showers, and it’s extremely clean! My only complaint is I wish they were open 24/7 … or at the very least, open until 9pm on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. It closes too early at 7pm, please extend by two hours!!

There just isn’t enough equipment for this to be considered a fully functional gym. It’s 90% treadmills. It’s overrun with teenagers so the only time to possibly get a decent workout in is between the hours of 10 AM and 2 PM but even that is questionable. They have one leg press and one set of dumbbells for the entire gym. I’ve tried to make it work because it’s close to my house and the staff is very friendly, but I’m going to have to cancel my membership and just drive further somewhere else.

I recently just had friend join and i regret and will never recommend to anyone; I would definitely give this place a 0 if possible; worst customer service, we need those previous employees. Person name McKenzie got to leave this place, she make this place very uncomfortable. One day she went and blast the horn loud l almost had panic attack. I tried to get in touch with the corporate department but they never answer the phone.. I recently joined and have only visited a couple days. I can't say I am entirely happy due to the following factors.

I am mainly interested in lifting weights and basic body building workout. It's a fairly large gym but there's only 3 bench and a handful of dumbels and weights. That won't be a problem if there weren't 15 guys always waiting in line for the same equipment.

In other words, most of the body building equipment are mostly inaccessible/unavailable during peak hours.

Otherwise, it's a decent place for workout. It's clean, people are nice and equipment are well maintained.

My husband & I joined in 2022, I’m in this gym on average about 5/wk, my hours are mostly mornings but I’ve been there in afternoons too. Immanuel has been great to give us info on equipment when needed. Yesterday it rained really hard & he went outside to clean water-moisture off the windows so patrons could see outside. Other staff mopped the wet flooring at the entrance. It’s been clean & we have been super pleased with the staff. I don’t know anyone else by name but they greet us upon entrance & exit & we are happy with this fitness center!! I did let them know that some of the equipment doesn’t read heart rate correctly & should repaired. Keep up the good work! Thanks

The worst gym in Prince William County. When it first opened everything was nice and the memebrs and staff were all respectful of others and the equipment. Now the staff is much younger and very disrespectful and do very littel to assist its memebrs and mostly just sit around and talk to thier friends or on thier phones. The gym rules are not enforced and during the summer months the gym is taken over by teenages that are more interested in socializing than working out. I started going to this gym cause it was closer but have since cancelled my memebrship and gone back to a REAL gym . I would never recommened this particular Planet Fitness to anyone. I have used other Planet Fitnesses around the country and this by far is the worst not only the staff but the memebrs. IF I could give it no stars I would.

I was visiting with friends and we decided to try out this Planet Fitness. I’m used to signing up for the free Day Pass via email and showing the employees the email confirmation at the front upon arrival. Instead, as advertised on this location’s website, we stopped by in person to get the free Day Pass. The guy at the front told us that their location doesn’t offer free Day Passes and that we’d have to pay $20 for one. Don’t fall for the website false advertisement like we did. Extremely disappointed by the deceit of Planet Fitness.

I am so disappointed in this location. I joined when it first opened and the staff was amazing. They would walk around and offer to help. I felt like I knew them. The place was so clean. I had to stop going due to a schedule change. I recently joined again and I am so disappointed. I actually had a young lady give me a not so nice look as I was leaving today! No one is walking around trying to help. They just stand up there and chit chat, including the manager. People leave weights and all their gear on the machines. I have to take other people's weights off. It is also not as clean as it used to be. I am not enjoying my experience this time around and I will be canceling my membership. I can get the same workout at home without having to wait for machines, obnoxious television shows and an uninterested or rude staff.

This would be a great facility if it were not for the TV sets installed in this new facility. Most of the time the sound is broken for both CNN and Fox news on most of the elliptical equipment. I have been reporting this for the last several months to no avail. There is no way to submit a complaint although I talked with the manager who was aware of the problem but could not provide a date for repair.

This gym is clean, lots of machines and weights. After workout, you can get a massage in the massaging chairs or go in the hyro machines. There's lots of parking spaces, one less thing to stress about. I took a star away because they didn't have any exercise classes at their location. I have a suggestion to this company, please have a family or couples membership. It would be too expensive for a couple to purchase two black card membership.

This Planet Fitness serves its purpose adequately with clean and good facilities, providing what you need for a workout. However, the space is small and somewhat limited, leading to crowding during typical morning and evening rush hours. On a positive note, the recent extension to 24 hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays is a beneficial addition. Terrible customer service, the employees seems racist. I went to this location for the first today to see if it would be less busy compared to where I go it’s always packed. I walked in they all ignored me with nasty attitudes on their faces the entire time. When I was done with my exercises, I wanted to use the spa room which required speaking with an employee in order to use it. I asked her to check me in for the massage, not once did she look me in the eyes she’s Asian it matters because most of them are anti black. They greeted everybody except black people I was observing the entire time I was there. They need more training on their race biased they obviously have.I never understand racist people working in retail or the restaurant industry, these are the worst industries to work in if you don’t like every walks of life. Obviously I will not go back to that location again based on the treatment I received from them.

Worst customer service. Called this gym for information about membership and was told my friend and I could try a day pass for free if we’ve never used one. We came in to try and use the day pass and the front desk person said the owner and supposed manager named “jasmine” said there is no such thing anymore and we would have to pay $20 just to try the gym and see if we like it and want a membership. I'll be honest I'm probably going to cancel my membership asap after 4yrs. While I agree with letting teens lift as I support fitness. It's become almost impossible to get a decent workout as now it's flooded with 3 or 4 of them at each station for almost 30 minutes at a time. People that have paid to come here for years may only have an hour for lunch to workout etc.... to work around our adult lives. At the very least limit the hours where teens can come freely with no supervision so other members can at least plan around those hours. That way we can still get what we paid for instead of watching these kids take a million selfies each at each station for 30 minutes or so while you're waiting for anything to open up to try and workout at all. Please planet fitness address the obvious problem you've created for your long time members.

Biggest downfall is operating hours. Most folks in the area have to be on 95 by 6am to get to the city at a decent time. If this gym would open at 4:00 am, it would give folks time to workout for an hour or hour and half, clean up and still be able to get on 95N by 6am.

Opening late is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! This is a business and your hours of operation are listed with an opening time of 5AM. In all of my years of training, I’ve never shown up for the gym and it wasn’t open for business. Again, this is absolutely unacceptable!!! As we all sit in the parking lot it’s 30 minutes pass 5AM with no sign of the facility being open. If the hours of operations have changed, you all should list that, but to allow people to show up with no warning is an utter disrespect to our time. Not cool!

Cons- too many cardio machines. The gym is nice but the actual weight lifting area is EXTREMELY small and overcrowded. There’s way too many cardio machines that go unused. Half of those could be removed and replaced with actual weight lifting equipment since that’s what most people in there seem to want. The hours are very limited. Especially on the weekends. That makes it hard to get in during times where equipment would be more available. The limited hours and lack of equipment pretty much makes all day long, peak times. As much as I like having a gym so close to the house, I doubt that I’ll remain a member past February. I will either join a gym with better hours and more space or just invest the money into enhancing my home gym setup. For anyone who’s just starting out and wanting many cardio options, this is a great place! If you’re looking to do strength training, you should come and see if it’ll work for you. Weekends are the worst times to come here.

Equipment is in good quality and kept clean.
Only downside is that it's a relatively small gym so you'll occasionally have to fight others to use certain machines. I personally just consider it part of my cardio, though.

I enjoy coming to this Planet Fitness. A big shout out to Miguel. He showed me some equipment today and was very thorough and understanding of my challenges. He made sure I could use the equipment I was interested in and was kind and professional.
I also am glad I am a Black Card member. The Aqua Massage alone makes it worth it although I use most of the other things too. Great job Planet FItness! I am so glad you opened in this area.

I also want to add how much I appreciate Liz and all the time she has taken with me. She was wonderful from the beginning. The other day I was working on my physical therapy exercises and she saw me and asked me about my knee and how I was feeling. She took me around and showed me a few more machines for my arms and has always been sure I know she is available to help me. She and Miguel make me feel like family at Planet Fitness. I love coming there, get a great work out and enjoy the equipment as a black card member that helps me feel so good and relaxed. I am so glad for this location and the people there.

Pros - new clean equipment, high tech spa/amenities, great locker room(my big lock can fit in the hole of these lockers unlike other lockers in other planet fitnesses), nice smell to this gym, friendly staff

Cons - overstaffed for lack of 24 hour availability (this gym has the most employees than other planet fitnesses in the DMV area), lack of space/too cramped up with a lot of people for the lack of hours that this gym provides, no 24 hour availability unlike other planet fitnesses in the area

I love this Planet Fitness! Staff is very nice and helpful. The location is perfect. Just opened a couple of weeks ago, everything being brand new is appealing. I’ve been very happy with my experience. Left another gym to join this one, no regrets.

Brand new, clean facility. Equipment is brand new. Staff is very polite. This location is much smaller than most planet fitnesses, has more of a neighborhood gym feel. No downsides other than small facility.

Look at the Google hours of business and then look at the business hours of the actual building. The gym is not 24 hours like advertised on Google. Please update. Also noticed people reviewing the place before it even opened or stepping inside the actual gym
