This is just sad at this point. First of all the rowboats I use to exercise have been down for 4 months. Both of them! I complained a month ago and they still are not fixed. Then they’ve had this sketchy AC thing going on. Now I show up to find out they closed the whole section I use to do half of my workouts! They never event sent out an email or an apology. Looks like I will be looking for a new gym because I’m not sure what I am even paying a membership for at this point.

Update: Contacted the social team and they were no help. I canceled my membership and went to CRUNCH instead.

I had a wonderful experience at the Planet Fitness in Victory Crossing. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I got to say I’ve been to a lot of plant fitness gyms around the country moving everywhere for the military. This one by far is my favorite! It’s always clean, peaceful and everyone’s super friendly. Khadijah is an awesome manager! All the employees are great at this location. Super glad I get to come to this gym. A+++

I only give it 3 stars for having convenient distance to my home. A few things to note about this place: the showers and changing rooms are gross always; it is obvious they get cleaned (if lucky) once a week; there are literally the same mirror stains and floor trash for several days/weeks on a row. I use them everyday as I go to work from here. Additionally, they close at 10/11 PM, and se do us could benefit from a 24/7 gym. The staff is friendly and nice, though. I am sure a lot of us are waiting for Crunch 24/7 to open down the street to migrate.

I used to be a patron here. My schedule got changed, and I was getting off adly midnight. And the gym is no longer 24 hours like it says on their wall. So, I requested a membership stop at least until I got back to days.

I got approved and have the email to prove it. No one actually responded. I just canceled it and sent me the invoice, so I had it for my records. 2 months later, these locations charge me for a month and over drafts me. No responses to emails, the next month the same thing only not over charged this time... I sent a strongly worded email. There was no response again, but I have not been charged again, yes.

I was planning on coming back here. Never aging will I use planet fitness after this. Theives.

Place closed. Although a ph call and checking the website and the app said they were open caught. This location is out of paper towels. A sign was hanging that said use blue towels. I looked around for blue towels and all I see is white towels different people are reusing to clean the machines. I go to the desk.and ask for a clean towel and I'm told that there are not any and that it was this was when he came in and the manager is aware. This Iis at 730 in the morning. Pretty disgusting especially during flu season.

My first experience with the staff of a gym is important for me to decide to return or join and Steff made my decision to return easy. Steff was welcoming easy to talk to and helpful. They assisted me with setting up the app and helping me navigate setting up my guest. The gym is very well equipped with everything anyone could want to work out with. The locker room was clean, has plenty of lockers, the showers and bathroom was clean and well equipped. I think I’m going to like it here.

Cancellation policy should be illegal. Says to go in and speak to them or write a letter. I can’t go in and cancel because I’ve moved from Virginia to Louisiana. I’ve sent two letters, one in June and one in September requesting cancellation. I’m still being charged. The location never answers the phone for help. The customer service is abysmal. I’ve been a member since 2019 I’ve gone to the gym 4-5 times total. I’m just going to have to report it to my bank as fraudulent charges at this point.

This is a great facility.. However I have been noticing a lot of trash outside from people grabbing candy from the front desk and intentionally dumping it all over the ground. This morning, September 1st @6:30am, as I was leaving a dude and his girl walked out to their car and immediately started to dump their trash all over the ground. When I confronted them they got upset with me as if I was the a-hole. This is not how we should be treating our city or facilities folks. Do better you two!

The locker room here is nicer than elsewhere and there is hot water if you can get the shower head to spray at you. Generally less crowded than the other spot too, and there aren’t as many machines out of order. They don’t let you have as long on any of the black card amenities although they have more options. Otherwise it’s a pretty typical gym.
