This Planet Fitness was the cleanest of I've been in. Wow. Such attention to details of the workout machines. A plus, plus. I arrived around 9:30ish a.m. Not a whole lot of people. Maybe 15 in all. Was greeted very nicely as I walked in which I appreciated. Bathrooms were also clean. Lots of available parking.

The worse company ever. They start out one price and somehow start charging me $75 more a month. I have even used this place in a long time but they still over charge me! That’s why they get your info cause then they can charge you whatever they want. There are tons of other gyms go somewhere else. This place cares nothing about you only about money.

This gym is weird. I’ve been going to many planet fitness’ in the area for almost 3 years and I go 4-6 days a week and I carry my little draw string backpack with me that has my phone, workout gloves, headphones, and my medication in it. I have never had a problem until today. I’m in the middle of working out and a staff member just comes up and doesn’t say anything and just takes my bag. I said “excuse me, what are you doing?” And he says that I can’t have my bag on the workout floor so I asked to speak with a manager and the manager here “JB” wanted to argue with me that no bags are allowed anywhere in the gym except in the locker room even though I’ve been bringing my bag for almost 3 years and it’s a small drawstring bag. It’s not like it’s a duffle bag and plenty of other people had bags in there as well. Seems like they just wanted to pick with me and it’s super weird to just come up and take someone’s things. I need my bag with me with my medication and if they give me an issue again they will be hearing from my attorney.

Does not hold true to their motto judgement free zone. Antagonizing behavior, stalkers, rumors that members have been framed and blamed for things that they did not do, intimidating people, and gossiping about anyone who stands in the way of what they want. Childish, intolerable, intrusive, judgemental. I personally heard people talking about how they are allowed to spy on the bathroom and it will be just a misdemeanor. Intense levels of harassment and intimidation. Threats of violence and the staff do not care, and even encourage it.

They just want to steal your money. The staff member Alex told me I could upgrade to the Black Card and cancel anytime (since I told him my friend was only staying here for a short time), but he never mentioned that it came with a one-year commitment. I was not informed about this commitment when I signed the agreement in the store. When I tried to cancel the service, both he and the manager told me “NO” and said I’d have to pay an extra $58 to cancel my membership. This is extremely unprofessional and ridiculous. They don’t provide the promised service — they just want to take your money!

I joined Planet Fitness just for the massage chairs. I travel for work and have been to locations in several states. This is the first I have been to that gives less than 10 minutes per session. It's 5 minutes. I usually do 30 minutes total so that meant 6 trips to the desk. In that time I saw one other person in the black card spa so it wasn't busy. The one on Laskins rd is 10 minutes.

I usually enjoy my workouts at Planet Fitness, however the Holland Road gym is undergoing major renovations . The gym right now is dusty and not fun. I went to use the bathroom and it was closed. Planet Fitness should of notified their clients in advance about these renovations . The environment is just messy and does not feel safe.

I use to go to the one on Holland and i actually cancelled my membership cause of that location, but this one is a lot nicer and cleaner.
I just REALLY wish they did a "no recording" rule, cause i dont know about yall, but i dont like my workouts being recorded, and im not fond of people following me around the gym recording me either. Ive had this happened more times than id like (by both men and women) and ive complained to management but nothing seems to get done. Im really considering canceling again because of this.

I absolutely love coming to this location! I've been coming here for the past few weeks and thoroughly enjoy myself each time! The facility is so nice and clean, it is never too crowded, and the staff here are all so friendly! I feel very much so welcomed here! I feel very confident and comfortable when working out here! I highly recommend this location as it is the next one I've been to so far! Each time I come in, I look forward to seeing Ms. Bobbie, Mr. Kareem, and Mr. John! They are truly amazing people and make my experience here much more enjoyable!! They have a wealth of knowledge on workouts, training techniques, and just life in general!!
