We had my daughter's 9th birthday here and it was so awesome! The party attendant was kind, helpful, and he played with the kids! As a parent, this was the most low key birthday party, she's ever had. The kids are worn out and I didn't have to do much at all! Highly recommended this for anyone!

We just finished our second birthday party (Feb 2023) and not only did they keep everything running smoothly but the person helping with the party was a great sport when the kid roped him in to play. When the play got too rough, he immediately got them back in line and kept everyone safe, before the parents even realized it was happening! I can’t say enough good things about our experience with the party and the staff.

Absolutely amazing experience with the Nerf party! As we were walking out my son smiled and told me he can't wait for everyone he knows to choose that party.

Also, had the chance to meet some of the staff and clients of the gym, and while the term community gets thrown around,they really show it. Great vibes for sure.

We had our son’s 7th birthday there and it was a blast!! The adults had just as much fun as the kids and it was so nice not to have to worry about a thing- just show up and have fun! My son has already requested it again for next years party!!

We had a nerf birthday party and it was a great experience. To be able to show up to a birthday party that you are hosting and not have to bring a single thing was fantastic! The boys had a blast, the room was perfect for them to run around. Plenty of darts and nerf guns for everyone.

Wife and I were traveling through Roanoke, VA during Memorial Day. PlayFit was hosting a free Memorial Day workout. Everyone was so nice! They made an effort to make us feel like we had been coming to workout for months. Jason was really cool and so inviting. They did not take it easy on us when it came to the workout though. Had a blast will stop in again if we happen to be traveling through.

I reserved my party for my son online on February 20th. Myself and the owner were in contact via text and I completed the online process. I contacted him the day of the party around 11:40 and the party was at 2:00. He called me at 1:00, an hour before my son's scheduled and already paid for party and said he had another party at that time. He said he could do it on Sunday and I asked for a discounted price since he double booked. He said I didn't fill out the registration form but you have to fill out the form before you can even book. I had my confirmation email and he basically told me too bad. I did receive my refund but my son had 15 children prepared to arrive at 2:00 and was told his party couldn't happen at 1:00 as I had already bought everything for the party. I have never been more disappointed and displeased in my life. Horrible experience but thank God because it wasn't worth the money anyways. I could have put guns down at the house and had a better experience. I do not recommend to anyone
