Prana Vibe combines all the services we were looking for under one roof for a great value! Strength, Conditioning, and Yoga available on a very flexible and “rush hour” friendly schedule! The facilities are very clean and organized with excellent instruction including special events throughout the year. Finally, Prana Vibe lives up to its name with the instructors and members as they encourage and vibe with you as you progress towards your fitness and health goals! We were quickly welcomed into the Prana Vibe family and are enjoying every workout! We enjoyed it so much we quickly recommended it to our friends who also found it to be an inspirational place, joining just a few weeks after us! Fantastic yoga experience. Great instruction. Even under the current isolation situation, Virginia has found a way to keep actively engaged with her students. Incredible knowledge of how the body works applied to yoga instruction = long term better health and mobility.

I love the individualized attention I receive in both the strength and conditioning classes as well as yoga. The combination of the two has greatly improved my overall fitness and mobility. The atmosphere at Prana Vibe is upbeat, encouraging and challenging.

A very niche place offering Strength, Conditioning and Yoga. The workouts are very tough, but beginners get into the groove. I came here with a lot of sports injuries, and the instructors helped me through it. Everyday has a different grueling workout and attaining the impossible target makes it all worthwhile. I did my first Murph challenge here.:-)

I'm currently in my sixth year at Prana Vibe, and it seems that each year consistenly improves over the previous year. The programming is challenging and exciting, the community is positive and supportive, and it is rewarding to see personal improvements both physically and mentally. I've said it before and will say it again: working out at PV has profoundly changed my life, and I am very thankful.

I was initially drawn to Prana because it was the only studio I could find in the area that offered Ashtanga. I ended up doing the strength and condition program too. The two complement each other well! Virginia and Shaun really listen to my personal goals and offer tips specific to me. The space is nice and the people are great!

I just started going here because I'm having some back issues. I've never done Yoga before so I tried out the Mysore class. Virginia was very helpful in teaching and breaking down each movement and how to improve. I'm currently on the new student 30 days for $30 option and definitely plan to continue coming once it expires.

This was my introduction to Yoga and I'm hooked. Virginia is great and she clearly explained every step of the way while being warm and welcoming. She was easy to follow and her confidence and attitude are infectious! The whole space has a great vibe and everyone is very welcoming. I was hesitant returning to fitness after 4 months off for major surgery, and this was exactly what I needed! Thanks for helping me re-light the fire - I can't wait to see what happens as I ramp up to a full program again. I would recommend this place to anyone from novice to experienced.

I've been a member almost since it opened; I followed Virginia there from my old gym. You will not find more knowledgeable, engaged and caring instructors/coaches anywhere. Virginia runs the yoga program and Shaun runs the strength and conditioning program. They also offer nutritional counseling. Whatever your fitness goals, Virginia and Shaun can help you achieve them!

Virginia and Shaun provide exceptional personalized instruction that is helping me become stronger and more agile. Each session they encourage me to reach beyond my comfort zone, and consistently introduce me to new exercises or movements that I find mentally and physically challenging.
