Ever since I started coming to Premier around the end of August, I have finally started seeing results. I have previously been lifting weights on my own, but I wasn’t growing stronger and I was stagnant with my weight loss goals since having a kid. Coach Courtney and/or Coach Mike would review my in-body scan with me, go over my nutrition/macros, answer any questions I may have, and within a week of my macros being set, my muscle growth increased while my body fat percentage decreased. I was shocked to finally see results happening in real time! I continue to go to Premier 4 days a week - 3 days focusing on strength training and 1 focusing on HYROX training. I have seen my body change more for the better in these last couple of months than I have in the years I’ve been working out. Definitely recommend!

Great personal trainer! Great atmosphere very clean, organized and efficient facility and training. The trainers are nice and friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended if you need a sport specific strength and conditioning coach! They don’t waste a lot of your time you get in and out in a reasonable amount of time and they focus on the areas that need to be addressed. Very reasonably priced too!

No gym bro vibes here! I absolutely love being a part of this gym! From the moment I joined, I felt welcomed and supported — it’s truly a safe and positive space for everyone, no matter your fitness level. The atmosphere is motivating, and the coaches/trainers always know how to push me just the right amount to help me grow stronger each day. The workouts are challenging but fun, and I actually look forward to coming in every day. It’s become such an important part of my routine, both for my physical and mental health. No matter where you’re at in your journey, I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Courtney is the first trainer I have ever had who I feel has truly listened and understood my challenges. She has given me a plan (workouts + nutrition) that I can be consistent with and continue to hit even while traveling for work constantly. She’s always available for questions, very encouraging, and also gives the tough love/hard truth when I need it!

I cannot say enough good things about this place and its owners. To begin, I know you can have a level of success at most gyms and work out facilities as long as you are consistent. So, if that’s the case, how is PA different? The two biggest things are its owners and their programming! Courtney is the main face you’ll see at PA and she is not just friendly, she’s embracing. She literally lights up when you speak with her and she is the kind of energy you hope to emulate! Next, the programming is genius. I’ve done everything from OT, to HIIT, box gyms, big gyms, home training, Pilates, etc. I’ve never had programs that isolate and destroy (in a good way) specific muscles groups the way these programs do. This is where you should be for strength and toning! With smaller groups and a present and highly knowledgeable owner on the floor, PA just makes sense. As the owner of Rejuvalase Medspa, we teach that beauty begins on the inside and I intend to put that into action. I’m excited for the changes I’m seeing and to have PA as my fitness partner.

I have done gym membership and exercise routines for years, recently though I saw the need for something more, Strength Training! I was very intimated to try on my own and didn't know where to start. I read a recommemdation on facebook on a specialized gym and that's when I meet Courtney at Premier Athletics in Stafford, VA, I can’t say enough good things! Courtney made me realize that something extra I was missing!—Her enthusiasm and expertise create such a positive environment for athletes of ALL levels.
The community at Premier Athletics is incredibly welcoming and supportive. Everyone is eager to help each other grow, which makes training here feel like being part of a big family. The programs are well-structured, catering to both beginners and seasoned athletes.
If you’re looking for a place to improve your skills while being part of a vibrant community, I highly recommend!!!

Courtney is AMAZING and the facility is perfect. I played D1 soccer in college and have been working out in one capacity or another pretty much my entire life. Courtney is the first trainer to have the whole package (nutrition and lifting) that works! My body has completely transformed and I couldn’t be more thrilled. She provides the tools and the environment, you just have to show up, do you part outside the gym, and work hard! The gym isn’t huge (but there is plenty of room) so every training session feels extremely personalized and Courtney is always making sure you’re doing the moves correctly and gets to know how/when to motivate you to do more. I have never been stronger, more confident or healthier than I am now and I am so grateful to be able to work with her. All I can say is , RUN, don’t walk to train with her.
