I’ve ever been made to feel uncomfortable in the gym with Mr. Winfrey, even when it was just the two of us. I was looking for something to supplement my workouts. I have been stuck at the same weight for the past 2 years and I have yet to reach my fitness goals. I contacted Winfrey at Progress Fitness to see if he could shake things up and help me break through my 2 year long plateau. To my surprise, and after attending 10 sessions ( 2/week), I have lost 10 pounds. This is the only thing that I've changed. My diet (for the most part) was on point. Winfrey is an awesome trainer; he tailors the workout and weights to my specific needs. He is very flexible with my changing schedule. I love that we go outside when the weather is nice and even Mt. Trashmore sometimes. The facility is in a great location and I love the different equipment we use, especially the stairs! I would definitely recommend Progress Fitness!
