I love the Pure Barre workout. The instructors are fantastic. Everyone is there to get strong and healthy and have a good time. Very effective, challenging workout at any age! I’ve worked out my whole life, and this is the first workout I have actually looked forward to! Really satisfying.

I’ve been attending Pure Barre for several months and it has been a transformative experience for both my body and mind. Been almost a year since I joined, and I felt welcomed and comfortable from the start (as comfortable as a guy naturally gifted in being awkward can be🙃) — never done anything like it, no yoga or other group fitness classes or anything, but Amy and Nina and all the ladies who run the show here are amazing, great at coaching you from where you are, whether you’re taking your first class or your 500th.
And beyond it being a really good workout (with several different workout styles), they’ve just created a great community thanks to their energy, built a space where people want to be, want to stay after class, and on and on.
In other words, it’s always a physical AND emotional boost. Try it out, I’m betting you’ll be happy you did.

I started my Pure Barre journey almost 4 years ago just trying to improve some sore knee issues and general health & wellness. Fast forward to today and I have not only helped my knees but my bone density has improved, I’m stronger than ever and my goal of practicing 1x a week is more like 6+ classes a week. I love the results but also the camaraderie of the other members and leadership team. All levels always welcome!

I love this place. As someone who was not athletic at all growing up, and wanting to find an engaging exercise class that makes me burn calories but is strengthening my body and mind, pure barre has become a more than perfect option for me. I think the pricing is very fair for unlimited classes package, and they have great variety of options you can sign up for easily in the mobile app. I also have never felt more safe in a setting like this place which would typically make me insecure. The owner, instructors, and even other patrons are beyond wonderful. If you are looking for a great exercise class that makes you feel amazing, take a free trial class, and go from there. In my trial, I struggled but was encouraged and taken care of, and I can’t thank them enough for that experience. I really think it’s worth trying out for everyone. Also, if you do 10 classes in 30 days, you get free socks. :)

Pure Barre is such a great workout, on its own or as a complement to running/cycling/etc. The community is awesome and welcoming - it takes a few classes to get the hang of it, but the teachers and students are all
super supportive and encouraging. You can really feel yourself building up your strength and changing the composition of your body with each class. It is an amazing low impact workout, *plus* a wonderful group of people :)

I started going to this studio at the beginning of the June because I had friends that have been there before. As a former dancer, I figured it might be similar to that. It’s just like that but more! It helps me stay toned and I’m shaking during every class (in a good way). Not only is the class from a personal perspective is great, it’s also a great community from the instructors down to the other people in the class because you’re there to not only work hard but also have fun as well!

A fantastic workout that you make as challenging as you want for yourself. Excellent instructors who know you personally and motivate you in class to push yourself just a little harder than last time. Making new friends, I have become friends with ladies I met at the studio and who doesn't like that. I was very impressed at how quickly Pure Barre could come up with a way for us to work out at home(due to Covid) by streaming classes on a private FB group. I have never been an exercise by myself type person, but I love PB so much that I did not want to quit and, in the end, surprised myself by sticking with it and ended up stronger and did not put on any extra weight!
I look forward to my next achievement 500 classes!

I played several sports over the years but never experienced such a full body workout in any of my training. No matter where you are in your health journey, Pure Barre encourages, supports and guides you to improve core strength while helping you achieve your goals. The instructors explain and model each move and offer several options to the ever changing choreography which always keeps the workouts fresh. Fun, friendly and exceptionally clean may not be what you expect in a “gym” review but the Purebarre experience is that and so much more!
