I've been taking pole, Lyra, and dance classes at this studio for about a year and a half, and it's been an incredible experience! The classes are not only a fun and challenging way to stay active, but they've also helped me build strength, confidence, and new skills. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The community here is one of the best parts—everyone is so encouraging and kind, from fellow students to staff. I started visiting Rebel around the time they opened and I've been very impressed with the instruction and how much I've grown as a dancer. Not only have I gained strength and confidence. But I've also gained a tribe!

Update July 2025: I have been attending this studio for years and I still consider Rebel Dance and Pole my home away from home. With a variety of classes and instructors, there's something for everyone. If you're looking for adult dance classes and supportive environment, this is it.

My home away from home! The instructors and students are incredibly supportive. Pole is an amazing workout and you have so much fun doing it! It's gone from being a hobby to my new passion. My favorite classes are choreo and chair but they are all great!

Came here for my bachelorette and had the BEST time! They were able to personalize it to exactly what I wanted and it was perfect for all skill and comfort levels. The vibes were great and everyone was so so nice. 10/10 would recommend. Everyone in the party said if we lived closer we'd be back all the time!

DO NOT COME HERE. Extremely dishonest and not professional. I was very excited to start at a new studio and am very disappointed. But after verbally speaking with and emailing that I DID NOT want a membership/class pack and preferred paying per class, My card was charged without my authorization. I never signed nor was shown a contract. I was disregarded by Leah after bringing it to her attention, one of the owners. I have never experienced such treatment at a place that is supposed to be so welcoming. Business is clearly more prioritized. So I have now been charged over $100 for classes I’m not even comfortable enough to attend.

THEY SAVED MY CARD INFORMATION W/out letting me know. I was never shown a contract, never told the terms, and NEVER did I sign anything. Shameful

Was visiting from New Zealand and wanted a pole studio to drop by and do a class. The studio was so patient and easy to communicate with when organising this, and the instructors and other students were so friendly and welcoming during class! Will definitely come back next time I’m in Fredricksburg 😊💖.

I rented Rebel Dance & Pole Studio for my best friend's bachelorette party and we had the best time! A special shout out to Rebel Boss Babe Shana and our amazing party host and instructor Julie! The studio was welcoming, discreet and absolutely adorable! The routine they curated just for us was fun, playful and super sexy! I highly recommend giving Rebel Dance & Pole a try!

I have taken 15 years worth of classical ballet, tap, jazz, and contemporary training, but wanted to try a whole new avenue of dance. In my search, I found Rebel Dance and Pole, and I now have a new obsession! The instructors are very encouraging and knowledgeable in their art, and the facility is very clean and organized. I am currently taking Rebel 101 to start, but will definitely be taking more classes once I graduate.

Attended a chair class for my friends birthday and we all had a great time! The instructor was incredible, so friendly, and helped us all feel comfortable and confident learning the dance. Would highly recommend!

If you have even an inkling of wanting to try out pole dancing - come check out Rebel Dance & Pole! The instructors are kind, patient and supportive. Everyone there wants you to grow and succeed, and have a fantastic time doing it. Pole pushes you to go outside your comfort zone and discover a version of yourself you didn't know you could be. It's a fantastic work out, but beyond that, it's a valuable support system of incredible people building strength, confidence and creating art through movement. No matter your experience level, the instructors are here to help you step by step to achieve your goals. They're awesome for parties too! How ever you want to do it, they'll make it happen! Whether you're new to pole fitness or a seasoned vet, Rebel is here to welcome you with open arms. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I have personally achieved so much more here than I ever thought possible, I encourage everyone to give them a try!
