Bad customer service, I told then I wanned to cancel my membership. It never happened by the looks of it cause now I have a collection on my credit for something that their employers can't handle correctly. If you go, to this gym my suggestion use cash. Cause they will mest up your credit for their mistakes.

Im glad you asked!! I love this gym. The drinks are wonderful. I love the shakes! The front desk team is very courteous. I mainly do aerobics and this place certainly has impactful classes. Amy and Alix keep you wanting more with zumba and hitt blitz classes! Music is good and so are the routines

I was iniattly happy with my membership. I decided to go back to school and have no time now between work and school to come in during business hours. The first time I called I had a gentleman be a little rude when asked why I wished to cancel. After being informed that I had to do it in person, I took time to go into the building. A young man 'tried' to help, said he didn't know exactly what to do and after 30 min took my number and said he would call when he had cancelled it. Come to find out, it did not get cancelled and now I have to take even more time to go over there.

A great gym, from their Life Fitness cardio equipment to the Hammer Strength weights. The staff appear knowledgeable and appear to actually like their jobs. I didn't have to wait to get on equipment! Added bonus is the Child care ladies are good with the kids.

As I train almost exclusively at a private training studio without all the equipment I asked for someone to show me the different machines. Instead I got a full orientation which was above and beyond. The trainer Gabrielle was awesome and shared a lot of good knowledge. It doesn't matter how advanced a person is in training, it is always great to get a different point of view. Kudos to the staff at this facility.

Best gym in town! Prices are very fair and low, and for personnel trainers they work with you on prices! The trainers are very professional and patient with you. The shakes are the best I ever had, and the equipment in the gym is new. They also have T.V.s on their equipment, along with a movie theater in the back where you can workout and watch movies! My wife and I love it even more because they have daycare for only $3 a kid each time you go or $15 a month! Where else can you get a deal like that!

Very clean, friendly staff, highly affordable. The staff is very welcoming every time I check in, and are always making sure I have what I need for a great workout. Sarah is an awesome personal trainer and group class instructor! She is always super happy and encouraging. I would recommend anyone to try it out. Can't wait for them to roll out some new classes after work hours so I can visit more often!

I have never been a big gm person.. but this gym the employees are friendly and its not so jam packed that I am uncomfortable with my shape when working out. I love this gym and would deffinately recommend it! also the child care is wonderful
