Retro Flex facility provides the opportunity for motivated people who want to become stronger and compete in weight-lifting competitions. The gym is available to those who want to lose weight, become healthier and learn how to workout in different and unique ways.
Retro Flex Gym will provide several fitness and wellness services. Those services are divided into four main categories; Fitness Training, Strength Training, Nutrition and Wellness and Skill Development. Within those four main categories services will be offered that include but are not limited to; conventional fitness workouts, unconventional fitness workouts, speed and agility training, power workouts, cross-fit workouts, and meal planning.

I was from this area and was passing through, and saw this gym. I was excited to stop in and workout as a paid guest... but to my dismay I was meet with locked doors and a sign that said if you wanted to become a member grab an application, fill it out, and leave in a box. There was no public hours posted on the door or any more information, just blacked out windows and locked doors. What is more concerning is that the owner was there (parked in a spot that was clearly marked owner) and there still was no way to view this establishment or contact them other than a peice if paper in a box. As a person who is not only a personal trainer but also has run a business for 20yrs this is not the best business model for future business especially since I write an article for a fitness magazine regarding gym's and fitness centers around the US... Best of luck Hunter and family hope you find success in this business adventure.
Mr. Not Impressed
Just trying to give some advice if you want to succeed. If a owner is present then a door should be open and not having set hours to sign up and view a gym is bad business practice. If you have 600 members you should be able to pay someone to help 30 to 40 hrs a week. You would increase potential sign up activity, have someone to clean, manage social media perhaps, even work on projects, and it would allow you more time with family and to work as a nurse (thanks for all you do in the health care field). Maybe 2 stars was harsh but in the moment I was a unhappy potential customer.
P.S. - are not all people heavily involved in fitness narcissistic...

Love this gym! The owners are kind and polite. The gum is always clean and never too crowded. Every member has respect for each other and cleans their equipment after each use to ensure we are being as safe as possible in these difficult times. But here you can stay in shape and feel good about it. Has a sauna, tanning booths, treadmills, and all the other essentials u need!

There should be management there at all times with availability to get inside to talk and your. It is unprofessional to ask someone to put their credit card information on paper and leave it outside.
