Revolutionary Fitness and its owner Charlie is absolutely amazing. He fine tunes each workout for your weaknesses as well as how you're performing that day. Simultaneously meeting the long-term goals as well as adjusting to short-term needs.

He's motivational. Focused. Not going to waste your time with small talk while still being friendly. Simply put, he is effective.

Having seen him work with both athletes as well as older, let's say former, athletes like myself- I've seen him get the best out of people at every level of performance or fitness goal.

In my case he's matched me with three similar individuals for small group sessions which have been outstanding. Charlie seems to match people both by temperament and personality as well as fitness level- if he invites you to a small group workout it is definitely worth going

I trained with Charles for about 6 months before I moved out of town and had a great experience. At first it was to help fix an achilles issue I has having and after that was remedied, our work expanded into a full revamp of my fitness and strength. He built my program just for me after an evaluation and that made all the difference. I highly recommend Charles and still lift with him when I'm back in town. Thanks to him, I just hit a new PR on bench press at age 33!

I found Charles based on Google reviews, and I'm really glad I did. He's a fantastic trainer and a really good guy. His approach is holistic (mindset and diet, in addition to the workouts), and comprehensive (types of exercises, the science behind workouts, injury risks, diet). His extensive experience helped me reach my goals and develop the right habits to keep a sustainable regimen. My goal was to build functional strength, and since starting with Charles several months ago, I've continued to build strength and my confidence and comfort in the gym. Charles helped me get to a place where I can go to the gym on my own, while also continuing with 1-2 weekly sessions with him to learn/improve on newer exercises.

Also, during his initial assessment, he diagnosed that my persistent lower back pain and left knee soreness were partly due to the need to strengthen my hips. No doctor had ever correlated this, but after just a couple weeks of working with Charles to develop my hip strength, my lower back and knee issues totally disappeared. Charles is a pro, can't recommend him enough.

Before signing up Charles as my personal trainer, we sat down and discussed my goals, what triggered the need for a trainer and previous injuries. I felt heard during this initial visit and he continues to keep me on my path.

Charles has an amazing knowledge of human musculature system. He met me at my initial abilities and built a specific program. During each session he pushes me just a bit out of my comfort zone, which feels good.

Thru Charles’ knowledge on nutrition, he has helped me set up a healthier eating pattern, by tracking my food intake then making suggestions that compliment my age and lifestyle.

In the 3 months I have been training with Charles, I feel stronger, my endurance and energy levels have improved remarkably and I am sleeping so much better. Doing this has made me a much happier person, this is a called self love!

I did the 90 day weight loss program and saw results like I’ve never seen before with other programs. Hiring Charles as my personal trainer is one of the best decisions I’ve made regarding my health! I’m active but approaching 60 and wanted to increase my lean muscle while reducing my body fat. I was working with Charles twice a week and now have moved to 3 times a week because the results have been incredible! He even coached me after a ski accident I had in January where I ruptured my ACL off my femur. The surgeon and physical therapist couldn’t believe how quickly I’m recovering. So far, I’ve reduced my total body fat, increased my lean muscle, fitting comfortably into a size 2 again and best news yet… no more Osteoporosis! My DEXA scan came back in the positive after declining in the negative for the past 4 years! Didn’t think that was possible, but I’m a true believer now. Happy to talk with anyone who has questions.

I met Charles a few years ago after looking for someone to get me to the next level of fitness. I was currently playing rugby and thought I was in great shape. After a few talks with him, he said that he could give me the guidance and knowledge to get me to the next level. Right before I was about to start with him, I tore my ACL. I thought I could never return to sports. I reached out to Charles and told him that I wanted to play rugby again and get back to 100%. Boy did he deliver. I became stronger and faster than I have ever been, even while active duty with the military. He was able to fix my weaknesses in form and turn them into strong functional form.
