I went to the sound bath this past Sunday was phenomenal! It was my first time at a sound bath and I was not disappointed. Rivers Edge has become my favorite yoga studio in Fredericksburg. It's in the coolest spot and easy to get to. I've been to the Mindful Meditation class with Aaron and Gentle Yoga with Lynn. Every time leaving refreshed and peaceful. Lynn is also great at making sure there are substitute teachers so you never have to miss a class. Highly recommend.

River’s Edge: A True Sanctuary I’ve been practicing at RiversEdge Yoga for some time now, and it’s been transformative. The instructors genuinely care about each student—tailoring adjustments and encouragement so you get the most out of every class. The studio itself is delightfully quaint: soft lighting, calming décor and just the right amount of space to breathe deeply.
Parking is a breeze (no circling the block!), and the location is super convenient—whether you’re coming from work or home. If you’re looking for a welcoming, stress-free environment to deepen your practice, RiversEdge Yoga is the place to be. Highly recommend!

I was looking forward to participating in the monthly sound bath, however when I went to look at the facility I was quite concerned with the very creepy location- it's in the back of an industrial park with very little parking and even less lighting available. I think I'll take my business to someplace safer

I am thoroughly enjoying every class I have taken at this lovely studio. When I started with Lynn McFadden on a one to one basis, I was stiff as a board. I now feel confident that I can participate in classes without hurting myself and have learned to be more mindful of the ways I move and what I can do to help alleviate muscle tightness. It’s fun too!

“Coming home to your body” is a description of yoga I heard from Lauren, a yoga teacher here and it feels true. Each time I leave the beautiful studio I feel calm and grateful. I didn’t realize how much I needed to return to class until I started going to River’s Edge. Lynn and Lauren are in a master class of yoga teachers. Do your body and mind a favor and schedule yourself for a class.
