History
Established in 2008.
I've always been super-sporty. Name a sport, I've played it. That's probably why I love triathlons: three sports at once! So eventually I turned my love of sports and fitness into my life's work. I started by getting certified with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and have since acquired nine more certifications: ACE Health Coach, NCCPT, Metabolic Effect (training + nutrition), AFAA group fitness, Madd Dog Spinning, and Les Mills's Bodypump, CXworx, and RPM

Robin Hersch is a fantastic physical trainer. She is highly knowledgeable on which exercises target different muscle groups, and I always get a great workout in with her guidance. She is very attuned to making sure I exercise with the correct form, and she knows which stretches will help wherever my body feels off. I could not recommend her more!

I highly recommend Robin Hersh as a personal trainer. She is extremely knowledgeable about all muscles small and large. She offers a variety of exercises to target muscles and is very attentive to your using the correct form when working out to prevent injury and efficiently build strength. High level of expertise!
