As a full-time but flexible working mom, my afternoons are often spent juggling my toddler, my baby, and everything in between—errands, self-care, and a little time to breathe. So when I discovered the Rompy’s Adventure afternoon drop-off program at Romp N’ Roll, I was thrilled!

My 3-year-old absolutely LOVES it. He’s so excited to go each week that he doesn’t even say goodbye anymore—he just runs right into the play space! The staff are amazing—warm, engaging, and so kind. I love that he gets to burn off energy and be creative with playtime and themed crafts. Each week has a different theme, and he’s always so proud to show off his latest creation and hang it up in his playroom.

We’ve been going every Wednesday for almost two months straight, and when we had to skip a week, he was genuinely heartbroken to miss his craft (I even tried to recreate it at home!).

It’s rare to find a place that my son truly loves—where he feels safe, has fun, and learns something new—while also giving me a little time for myself. I highly recommend Rompy’s Adventure to any parent looking for an afternoon break, extra socialization for their child, or just a fun, creative outlet for their little one!

I started bringing my baby here when he was just over 4 months old. I was nervous because he wasn’t sitting up independently but the instructors made us both feel very welcome and included. Very disappointed! A little back story before I begin. I had my now 11 yr olds first birthday party at romp n roll and it was an awesome time so I thought having my now 1 yr olds first birthday there this year would be great, as she is not quite walking independently yet. Her birthday party was scheduled for a Sunday and unfortunately she suffered a seizure at 3 am the Saturday morning before the party and had to be rushed to the ER. She/we ended up staying in the PICU for 2 days. I called Romp n Roll that Saturday to let them know that I would have to cancel the party as my daughter is in the hospital. The staff member stated that she understands and feels sooooooooooooooo bad be cause she has children herself and asked if I wanted to reschedule instead of canceling altogether. I thought sure as the total cost of the party was 350.00. She then goes on to say that to reschedule it would be 100 dollars. I asked to speak to a manager in the hopes of coming to some sort of agreement to maybe waive the fee or either cut down on the rescheduling fee. However the staff member stated that she was the manager and there was nothing that she could do but I could speak with the owner when they got back on Wednesday. I was already going through alot with the situation of the seizure and medication etc. that I did not reach out to the owner, nor did the owner reach out to me. The manager goes on to say that there can be no refund/reduction of rescheduling fee as they shut down the entire facility for the party (basically we are still going to get our money) and that they would normally try to open that spot up to someone else and refund me some money but since it was so close to the actual party that would not be possible in this case. *****In addition I was using 2 separate cards to pay for the event and they charged both cards 250.00 essentially double charging me****** Had I not been monitoring my bank account closely I probably would have never known. That situation was taken care of promptly but the refund took some time to show up on my account. Needless to say there was no birthday party for the birthday girl and this interaction left a sour taste in my mouth. Where's the empathy? I understand you all are a business but you all SHOULD be humans first. Just wanted you all to be aware of my experience! Oh they did remind me that I had a "free" 30 min class that I could use.🙃

The instructors are amazing. Having a medically complex and delayed 2 year old I've been so nervous to not have her in my sight at all times. We've done a few classes before and stopped for a little while but I'm so happy to have her back in. I signed up for summer camp with knowing that both ms gabby and ms Gabriela would be there to take care of my baby girl. I was super nervous to leave but they both reassured me and made me feel comfortable. Also seeing how the others kids walked up to her and tried to talk to her was so eye opening and warmed my heart. I chose romp n roll because i wanted to ease our way into a daycare type setting without a full year commitment. Coming to pick her up and seeing her sitting with one of the instructors felt good because i didn't want her to feel alone in a room full of others more advanced than her. My girl had a blast at her first summer camp. I can't wait to see her growth at the end of the summer.

I am thrilled to share our experience with Miss Gabriela, who teaches the Science Class at Romp N'Roll. My 3-year-old granddaughter absolutely adores her class, and I can confidently say that she has learned so much in a short time. Miss Gabriela makes Science truly fun!

The way she introduces basic scientific concepts through engaging, hands-on experiments is truly remarkable. For instance, the children get to make ice cream, which not only excites them but also teaches them about states of matter in a fun and delicious way. Another highlight is when they bring dinosaurs back to life by creating homemade fossils—what a fantastic way to spark their imagination and curiosity!

Miss Gabriela employs the Scientific Method effectively, guiding the children to formulate questions and find conclusions based on their experiments. This approach addresses one of the most common questions kids have at this age: “Why?” It’s wonderful to see how she encourages critical thinking while keeping the atmosphere light and enjoyable.

The Silly Science Class lasts for 60 minutes and takes place in the Art Room, which adds an extra layer of creativity to the learning experience. One of the best features is that parents are optional during class time; this allows us to run errands or take a break while knowing our children are in great hands.

I’d like to share some feedback regarding the recent Kids Night Out event.

At pickup, I was approached by a staff member, Meredith, who told me that my child was “not listening” and “not responding” when his name was called throughout the evening. She added that this continued at pickup when she called him from the art room to the lobby. She concluded by saying that children need to be able to listen and respond for safety reasons.

Before I could respond to her comment or provide any context, she quickly turned around and walked away—returning to her spot at the front desk and continuing whatever task she was doing. I wasn’t given the opportunity to explain or share important medical information that might have helped her understand the situation better.

For context, the child in question does listen and respond well. He has been under ENT care since October and has ear tubes. He was recently seen by his ENT doctor, who confirmed that the tubes were full of wax, which has affected his hearing. This is actively being treated. Outside of this issue, he hears and communicates well at home, and like many toddlers his age, he is also at a stage where selective listening is developmentally appropriate.

What concerned me more than the feedback itself was the manner in which it was delivered. I felt like my child was being singled out. I did not observe this staff member giving similar comments to other parents, especially those who picked up their children quickly and left without any discussion. I don’t know if this is how she treats all parents, but it did not appear consistent across the board.

Because of this experience, I don’t feel comfortable bringing any of my children back to this particular location as long as that staff member is present. The tone and delivery of the feedback were inappropriate, dismissive, and lacked the kind of supportive, open communication that parents expect from a facility focused on children’s enrichment and care.

We held our son’s 4th birthday party here and it was a blast! The equipment felt age appropriate and the employees were so fun and full of energy. Even the younger siblings were able to participate. We have been going to Romp n Roll for over a year now and have many great memories. But I’m writing a review because we just hosted a birthday party there and it really was a special experience. They delivered on every promise! They decorated in less than 15 minutes. Every kid was entertained from start to finish. They cleaned everything up and even helped us take it to our car. I received multiple compliments throughout the party on how energetic and fun the hosts were. I had the pleasure of attending one of Miss Bethany's classes with my almost 17 month old twin granddaughter and grandson and with my daughter-in-law. (My husband took part, as well). A funtime was had by all! Miss Bethany has a special gift of being able to interact and communicate with children and adults, while all the while creating a fun environment! The different activities she provided for the children each had an objective, but there was no pressure for anyone to participate. I attended a birthday party here with my 4 year old today. We have been a handful of times over the last 3 years, but today's party with Angii was incredible. She was vibrant, funny, engaging, and captivated the audience of children and adults alike. I honestly could see her being on SNL in the future.
Compared to the other parties, Angii treated the whole experience as a performance instead of just a person who is the party host. I truly would recommend booking your party with her and attending any class she is hosting. She made a huge difference compared to any other experience we've had here. Id come back just for her. I cannot express enough how grateful we are for the staff at this romp n roll. I nanny for a family and we sent our twin two year old boys here for camp every Tuesday and Thursday that we were in town all summer. It was their first drop off experience and we hoped it would be good practice for preschool. The first few drop offs were a little difficult with tears and separation anxiety, but I always knew they were in good hands because the boys couldn’t stop talking about “camp! So fun!” every day after I picked them up. Within a couple of weeks, every single morning they would wake up and say “wanna go to camp!” At drop off they run inside to play and I can see how much they love the staff and the staff seem to love them right back! We’re a little sad today is the last day and I know I’ll be fielding questions of “camp today?” for weeks to come!

Everything was amazing! Our instructors were awesome - so friendly and upbeat and they really made the day special for my little guy. They did such a good job of making my son feel special, but they were also inclusive and welcoming to all of the kids that were there! The party flowed really well - from set up to tear down everything was like a well-oiled machine - easy and efficient. I had multiple guests say, "this is awesome! We're definitely doing our kid's party here next year!" I think that speaks for itself! We LOVE the romp & roll team, space & classes. My little girl gets excited every time we get into the car to go - she’s been going there for 3 months (8 class membership), currently 14 months old. She is amazing at walking, climbing, and balancing, and playing with other kids, and I honestly owe it all to Romp & Roll. We’ve had classes and open playtime here for almost a year now and my kids have been loving it. My son woke up grumpy from his nap en route to Romp N Roll but he was cheery as can be after his Superheroes class with Ms. Alexis. Son started daycare so decided to cancel his membership.

This took 5 months and half a dozen calls to cancel. First few calls it was we need you to speak to a manager but they are not available, we will take a message and have them call you back. No call, this went on for a few weeks, then I forgot about it until I was charged again the following month. So I call back, speak to a manager, am assured the membership will be cancelled. Wait another month, still getting charged.

At this point I decide its probably best to make a claim with the CC company that the charge is unwarranted as the membership was cancelled. I go through that process, and in the meantime wait another month to see if I get charged. Again, not cancelled.

Finally call back earlier today and now there is a google form that has to be filled out in order to cancel the membership. We'll see if there is any follow-through. Romp and Roll itself is a great place, but I can't write a positive review given they take such a "don't care" attitude to customer service. Furthermore, I was told I would not be reimbursed the $500 ($99 per month) because there was no record of me having called the previous 4 months. Ouch. R&R, you all need to do better. Customer Service is everything.

I do not recommend this location after my two encounters with Amanda. I called on a Saturday to inquire about scheduling a class for my toddler. She began to help me then hung up on the phone. I called back twice with no answer. I called back several days later and she answered the phone, unfortunately. I let her know I wanted to speak with someone else since she hung up on me. She responded that because she couldn't hear me, she hung up on me in the middle of scheduling my reservation. When I responded that she never said she couldn't hear me, she said she was told by someone else to hang up the phone because they were in the middle of a birthday party. Really?

The worst place to have a kid's party. I had my first born (1 year old) birthday party here and they advertise to help you setup and only help you set up for 10 minutes. I didn't get to enjoy my child's first birthday because they didn't finish the set up and didn't know what to do with the kids. They didn't read the form that I filled out about the color plates etc. The experience was rushed and not as advertised. They then charged me an extra $50 for going over the time when the "MANAGER" offered to extend the time and never mentioned a $50 fee. I have been patient and they still have not refunded the fee after saying they will multiple times. This place sucks! Worst experience and it is not worth $350-$400 for and hr and a half.

She LOVES Mrs. Sarah who is so engaging, patient, you can tell she loves what she does-she's absolutely great with kids!!! Michele at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart and I really wish I remembered everyone else's names as we've only had positive experiences! Being a member with unlimited open play has been a life saver to my little energizer bunny and you get to meet so many parents and their little ones too, it's great to see them learn how to share, interact, and know you're not alone in the wonderful struggle!

I absolutely love taking my 5-year-old and 2-year-old here for classes! It's the perfect place to go when the weather outside is hot or rainy, or even when the weather outside is perfect but you want your kid to partake in an enriching activity! I think what they do at Romp n' Roll is a great soft introduction to a preschool/daycare/school-like environment. My 2-year-old has really opened up a lot during group activities since beginning to participate in classes here. My 5-year-old has been able to have a lot of fun, stay active on bad weather days, and play with friends his age this summer because of his classes at Romp n' Roll. The facility is really clean, and the staff are super friendly, fun, and personable. In my opinion, what you get for the price you pay is an excellent deal -- easily one of the best investments you can make for your young child! I'm excited to try the Parent's Morning/Night Out service that they offer sometime soon as well.

My 2yr old twin girls were going here for the winter camp program. Initially I loved this for them. Everything was going great. Then small things began to bother me. First, my daughters are fraternal twins and instead of actually looking at them they were distinguished by their hairstyle which I found a bit disturbing. Second, 1 of the twins on two seperate occasions( but in the same week) diaper was left soaking wet, I mean, through her jeans. Third, it was reported that my baby doesn't have on her listening ears. Uhh, they're two years old. I personally feel that statements like that shouldn't be made about young toddlers at a place that is supposed to work with and be able to understand the developmental stages of this age group. If you're going to care for two yr olds expect that they won't always have on their "listening ears". Lastly, I seen a male instructor there. When I mentioned that I didn't want him changing my baby girls diapers.I was told that he wouldn't but he was a teddy bear, and that the doors are left open during changing. This made me super uncomfortable. And because of this response I was not fully reassured that my request would be honered especially since my babies can't communicate well yet. Unfortunately this ended up not being a great fit for us.
