Anyone looking to maximize their time in the gym and improving their fitness will find a home at S3E. Guaranteed. There is an athlete inside every person that walks through the doors. Inciting Your Riot will unleash that athlete and fuel your physical and mental greatness. S3E’s fitness program is built on four pillars: Strength is key to getting results; Speed and Stamina are essential to healthy living; Endurance is paramount to making that life a long lasting one.
Walking through the doors is the hardest part. When you take that first step, we got you the rest of the way.

I picked up a barbell, it clanged like a bell,
Then tripped on a kettlebell – classic, oh well.
The coach grabbed a jump rope and yelled, “On the double!”
I whipped my own shins and got into trouble.
The WOD had me gasping, mid box jumps I fell,
Yet I keep coming back – must be some kind of spell.
Burpees betrayed me, squats made me cry,
Yet somehow I smiled, though I don’t know why.
The WOD is a riddle, the clock is a thief,
Each round leaves me gasping in total disbelief.
But the laughter is real, and the madness is sweet,
This CrossFit community can’t be beat!

Certified couch to Crossfit addict here. I dabbled in sports in elementary/middle school but otherwise had little to zero abilities before joining. As a mom of three, I knew I deserved something more for myself.
The coaches offer a tremendous amount of instruction and support and don't blink twice when you tell them you don't know what a move is. Just take an intro class-it will only cost you your time, but you'll be coming back for more. This community is different than the others----this is where you should join.

I've been training at S3E CrossFit for the past 5+ years, and I can confidently say it has made a tremendous difference in my overall fitness—especially in the areas of strength, endurance, mobility, and golf performance.
The coaching staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping you reach your goals. They designed a personalized program that not only improved my strength and conditioning, but also specifically targeted the physical demands of my golf game—enhancing my swing power, mobility, and stamina on the course.
The facility is well-equipped, clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere that keeps you motivated. Specifically, Matt and Megan have been instrumental in providing expertise and support and the community will keep you coming back.

I tentatively showed up at S3E in 2022 as a 47 yo guy, who dabbled in weight lifting for many years, and thought I was in ok shape. What I learned very soon was that Crossfit (with excellent coaching) is really hard...but it's also really fun and is MUCH more effective (and safe) than just unstructured weightlifting and cardio. Also, you can scale everything, so you don't have to wait to get in shape before trying it. And the Owner (and head coach), Matt always gives first timers a free class, so you have nothing to lose if you've been thinking about trying Crossfit. My workouts and the great coaching through S3E Crossfit healed previous work related injuries that caused regular migraines for more than 20 years. I never get them anymore. I still have a ton to learn, but I'll be 50 this year, and I'm stronger and in the best shape of my life. Turns out that over the hill thing doesn't have to be true for you. The coaches also really care about keeping us safe at all levels, to prevent injury. Not all crossfit gyms are as focused in this area from what I hear. An added benefit that I didn't realize when I first showed up, is that I would develop some amazing friendships too (more like family) along the way. I can't say enough good things about the 5:30am crew (Coaches Matt and Kristie), and my fellow idiots who share the same love for kicking the day off by doing hard things.

My daughter started going to S3E over a year ago & finally convinced me to join. It has been less than a month & I already feel so much better! As a Gen X baby, I didn't think I'd be able to hack it but the coaches have helped me every step of the way with patience, encouragement & much needed modifications so that I am able to work out safely. What a great place S3E is! From the amazing coaches to the great community of athletes. Having dealt with a major injury last year, I couldn't ask for a better community to have in my corner while recovering. This place has helped me get stronger physically and mentally--I enjoy the challenge of CrossFit and doing things I never thought I could! Don't believe the haters who say CrossFit isn't safe... these coaches focus on form, technique and safety... and it's with CrossFit that I've been able to recover and come out better and stronger on the other side.

I’ve been attending S3E for the past six months, and I can confidently say it’s been a transformative experience. From day one, the coaches have been incredibly supportive, helping me with my form and pushing me to reach my fitness goals. The workouts are challenging but scalable for all fitness levels, making it a welcoming environment for beginners and experienced athletes alike.
The community is what really sets this place apart. Everyone is so encouraging and motivated, which makes each class enjoyable. I’ve made friends and found a family in no time! The variety in workouts keeps things fresh, and I love that no two days are ever the same.

Amazing gym!
A few years ago, I was a new-to-CrossFit, 50+ athlete who had never touched a barbell. I had convinced myself CrossFit wasn’t for me. However, on a whim, I joined S3E for one month. It didn’t take long for me to see that S3E isn’t your ordinary gym. I quickly realized that this gym was going to push me outside my comfort zone in a way I hadn’t been before…and I loved it. The coaches at S3E are all fantastic and SUPER knowledgeable. No matter the class size, there are always a set of coach’s eyes on me helping improve my technique, motivating and encouraging me. My rookie one month has turned into almost three years and going. In fact, after motivating members to attend 200+ classes last year, I was the super lucky, random winner of a free year at S3E!! Pretty motivating, right?!?!? Thanks S3E coaches and the S3E community for being such a one-of-a kind, amazing gym.

This gym is such a gem. I was looking for coaching that was very intentional- focused on technique and finding the right stimulus for my body. I definitely found it here! Matt and Megan are truly excellent coaches. The class sizes are small so I get lots of individual attention. They also made me feel welcome from day one. The vibe of the community is encouraging and friendly.

All the coaches are wonderful. I participated in the "Bring a Friend" week, every workout was tough, but they made it enjoyable. I really liked how every workout was explained thoroughly, and broke it down into each part of the exercise. Not once did I feel out of place, or what the heck am I doing? The coaches were very helpful w/ Form and instruction.

My coach Megan is fantastic, always motivating very attentive to correct form and posture, and encouraging you to push yourself. I am 73 years old and have seen a vast improvement in stamina and muscle tone. Great facility. If you want to get back into shape this is a great way to start.

Small groups with a great family environment. Everyone pushes each other and is extremely welcoming. You'll be sure to have new work out buddies immediately upon starting here. Great for just about anyone looking to better their health, get stronger, and develop a work out routine. If you're interested I highly recommend you reach out to Coach Matt or Coach Tibbs to learn more about the gym. My favorite are the work outs of the day (WODs) They're always different and I don't have to plan my work outs. I just show up and I know I'll be pushed.

Matt is a phenomenal coach who has helped me to become stronger than I have ever been in my life. Raving fan, here! Coach Matt worked with my son after his recovery from a serious back injury, and not only did he help him rebuild his strength (correctly!), but he helped him totally get back into shape before lacrosse. Perhaps most importantly, he really helped him gain some confidence in the weight room. I've personally worked with Coach Tibbs, and not only have I learned a TON, but she actually made it not as insanely intimidating as I had feared. I dare say, she makes it fun (but don't get me wrong- so super hard!) Great gym. Great people. Great classes. Seriously, go check it out for yourself!
