I have been working with Jake for almost a year now. Jake helped me overcome my fear of lifting weights and helped me set goals. I have been gradually lifting heavier. We also focused on my mobility and flexibility; I have since come a long way. While working with Jake, he also helped with my weight loss goal. He shared many valuable tips and anecdotes that have helped me tremendously throughout my journey. His positive energy and attitude has been invaluable to me. Thank you Jake! 👏

Jake is amazing. He is so knowledgeable about how the body works and what exercises are necessary. He is really motivational and helpful. He even made me a workout routine for days I couldn't see him. Best personal training experience ever. Recommend him to everyone!

Jake was my personal trainer for seven years. Right from the start I could tell that he was a knowledgeable and skilled professional. Jake listened to me - what were my needs, what were my goals - and came up with a plan that worked for me. And as my goals changed, or if I started to struggle with physical limitations, he adjusted that plan. He was always encouraging, pushing just hard enough. And the workouts were never boring. I achieved may of my goals while working with Jake, and I’d still be working out with him if I hadn’t retired and moved away. Anyone would be lucky to have Jake as a trainer. I recommend him 100%

I have been working with Jake for years, both in individual and partner sessions. That alone speaks volumes, given that gyms are not typically my happy places. Jake is knowledgeable, encouraging, dedicated, and helps me push myself. As an added bonus, he is kind and fun to spend time with. I look forward to my workouts and have gained confidence, built up strength and feeel/look/am healthier as a result of our sessions. I highly recommend Jake.

I had several personal trainers at different locations in the past but none of them could be compared with Jake. Jake knows how to encourage you and push you but he also knows your limits. I am training with Jake now about 1 1/2 years and I feel strong and healthy like never before. Jake loves his job and he enjoys training with his clients what makes the sessions a lot of fun! I highly can recommend him!

I’m only giving 5 stars because I can’t give more. I had rotator cuff and bicep tendon surgery 9 weeks ago. Last week my shoulder/ delt cramped and locked up while working. After days of being in a ton of pain and discomfort I went to Jake to get scraped. He was super professional and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. After the session I was SHOCKED at the difference in my arm. If I’m being honest I was skeptical of “cupping” and “scraping” but am a complete convert and believer now. My arm had almost no pain, was so much stronger, and the range of motion was night and day better. Can’t say enough great things about Jake. If you’re looking for a trainer or need some focused work done on your muscles he is the only place you need to go.

I have trained with Jake in both individual and partner sessions. Throughout all, Jake helped me set realistic, achievable goals. In the partner sessions, Jake was able to make the workouts appropriate and fun for both my partner and I even though we had very different goals and abilities. As someone who has never loved working out, Jake both held me accountable to push myself and encouraged me to reach my goals. I have found Jake to be extremely knowledgeable and a great communicator. Whenever I've had a question about a specific body ache, Jake has given me stretches and exercises to do at home to help alleviate the pain.

I use to be incredibly active, then I had my second back injury, and it knocked me down. I now have chronic back/neck pain. I was afraid to work out because I didn’t know what I could do anymore and I was scared to hurt myself. I saw that Jake works with people who have injuries and at first, I didn’t believe it but thought I’d give it a shot. I’ve been working with Jake for over two years now and I’m the strongest I’ve ever been. He really knows how to quickly adapt workouts when you may be having a bad pain day or sometimes in my case, being too short. Before Jake, going out with friends was a hassle because I’d have to worry about my pain levels, weather temps, etc. Yes, I still have my pain, I don’t believe that will go away, but I can actually enjoy my life now and the pain have SIGNIFICANTLY decreased! Most days I’m pain free AND strong as I’ve ever been!

Jake trained my friend and I at the same time, and made the workout challenging, fun, and appropriate for each of our fitness goals (mine to gain strength/lose fat, and my friend’s to recover from a knee injury.) He is knowledgeable, professional and positive. I can’t recommend him enough!
