From the moment I met him, I knew he was the trainer for me. His kindness and gentleness was evident in the way he helped address my problem areas. I had struggled with joint pain and stiffness in my shoulders, knees and Ankles for years. He worked all of the areas over a period of time helping to increase my strength and flexibility through an extensive exercise program. I’m thankful for all the help that his training gave me, it’s helped me to be able to do a more wide range of activities in my life now.
