Two of us on staff went in for a Full Body Workout session and truly had a great experience! Our trainer was knowledgable and thorough. We really appreciated how her would ask us to specifically point out where we were feeling a certain stretch and would then give great feedback of how to adjust so that we were stretching/engaging the right areas. Having that small group setting (1 trainer to two of us) was amazing and we could walk away knowing we got the absolute most out of the workout! Everything was tailored specific to our fitness levels/body types but it still felt challenging which was great.
It's in a super convenient location right off Old Dominion Dr.- great if you commute into Arlington/DC!!
Also, we're big big dog lovers so this was such a treat to have a pup present for our workout! A dog's presence is so comforting to me - but just something to keep in mind if you have any severe pet allergies!!
Loved how my body felt the next few days after - the *perfect* amount of soreness! Definitely will be going back 😊

I really enjoy the sculpt class. It’s challenging, full-body workout with great cues and form focus. Also the dance class brings energy—fun, upbeat, and easy to follow, even for beginners. The instructors are motivating, and the studio feeld super welcoming. My favorite part? Coach Bear (the dog) always greeting us with a smile :)

My experience at Sculpt was top tier! Firstly, the environment was inviting and not intimidating at all. We discussed goals etc before training session and debrief after, that was refreshing. The trainer was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. My workout was intense but not to the point of wanting to give up, the trainer was encouraging as well. I was coached through the moves and taught proper form and that definitely matters, I loved it. I definitely recommend checking them out! Oh, and the icing on the cake was this guy.....see pic💜

This was hands down the best workout session I’ve ever had — no exaggeration! You get the full experience, from the workout, to form, to nutrition recommendations, to what works for you..etc… The attention to detail and the tweaks to my form were incredible. I’ve trained with other trainers before, but no one has ever been this attentive. For the first time, I left with zero back pain — amazing! I can already feel the soreness in every single muscle we targeted today — left feeling amazing, sore, but pain-free. Safe to say I’ll be back. This was a 10,000/10 experience. If you’re on the fence about signing up… DO IT!

I had a great experience. The trainers are incredibly nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I’ve done their 1 on 1 personal training and their small group class. Both are great and the trainers give you great tips, adjust your form, help you gain mind-muscle connection and work with you very well with personalized exercises to meet you at your current fitness level, progress you up to the next level, and work towards your fitness goals. I had a great strength training session at Sculpt. The trainer took the time to ask me questions at the start and clearly defined what we would be targeting. Throughout the session, trainer paid close attention to my form and gave corrections as needed, which I really appreciated. We focused on back, core, and glutes, and finished with deadlifts. I’m especially grateful for the guidance on deadlifts, it felt empowering to work on them with proper form and support. Highly recommend!

I loved visiting Sculpt ST! I was there for a special event where we did a fun bodyweight group fitness class, but they also have certified trainers who will do 1-1 and small group sessions tailored to your individual goals and abilities.
The space was very clean and filled with a variety of strength training equipment. There are also blinds on the windows for added privacy if desired.
I think this would be a great place for anyone to train, especially if you’re looking for a more private experience than most larger gyms are able to offer.

This is a great space for anyone looking for a more private workout space. It's not too large making it perfect for those looking for private workout sessions. The staff are all great and parking is easy, just right behind the building there are lots of spaces. It's very clean and although the space is a little smaller, it's open concept so there's plenty of walking room around the studio.

I am pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed my three sessions with Sculpt. I normally do Pilates and shy away from weight training and especially dancing but the staff really made me feel at ease. They were professional, worked on exercises that are tailored to your needs, and they give you so much motivation. I have to admit, exercise is something I have always hated and never enjoyed until now. With the right kind of people encouraging you, motivating you and most importantly, making exercises fun makes a world of a difference. I can’t wait until my next session with Sculpt.

I have been going here for 3 months now and have loved the experience so far. I have seen multiple trainers and attend personal training sessions as well as some of the classes. I did see Coach Mo for an initial personal training assessment and highly recommend doing so. He was able to immediately identify a workout regimen tailored to my needs and within several weeks I already noticed results, including a nearly 100% improvement on back pain I had been experiencing for a decade. I had such a great time at Sculpt Studio during their recent event! I got to experience both a high-energy Zumba class and a cardio/strength class, and I genuinely loved every minute of it. The energy, the instructor (Raoiaa), and the vibe of the space were all amazing.

After a bout with pneumonia and an eightieth birthday celebration,

I signed up for some one on one fitness sessions with Mo.
It has been a life changing experience ( no exaggeration ).
I'm beginning to feel stronger, fitter, not only physically but also mentally.
Mo is the consummate fitness coach, he is knowledgeable, firm and reassuring, taking time to explain to me exactly how each movement has to be properly executed.

I took a belly dancing/ Zumba class with coach Raioa. The class was amazing! I wasn’t sure what to expect as I don’t really dance but Raioa was patient and explained the dance really well. She went over the dance a couple of times and also ensures you are doing the moves correctly. It was also a great workout and I learned a lot of new moves. The gym is very nice and clean. I will definitely be coming back!

Despite being fairly active, I dealt with chronic back and knee pain most of my life. Between work and having my kiddos, the pain worsened. I did many years of PT focused on singular issues with no improvement. With no time for TRUE postpartum recovery I attended large group classes. The one-size-fits-all classes only injured me more. That’s when I found Sculpt.
I joined a class of 4 people led by Coach Mo who asked about any injuries and what I wanted to accomplish. Throughout the class, he ensured I didn’t exacerbate pain points. By the end of class, I felt great and had no lingering pain. Most importantly I felt like someone actually cared about HOW I completed the demonstrated exercise. With additional classes and more 1-on-1 adjustments, I felt stronger and ready for personal training.
Coach Mo is incredibly knowledgeable about postpartum recovery. He develops customized sessions to strengthen my back and we are working on tiny changes to “organize” my meals (no diets, no gimmicks). My Sculpt workouts are tough, effective and incredibly encouraging. I have been virtually PAIN FREE since I started. The holistic approach to strength training, self-confidence and overall wellness that Sculpt prides itself on is unmatched. Money and time well spent. I cannot recommend this studio enough.

Excellent personal training conveniently located in downtown McLean. Super clean studio. I’m 64 and injured my lower back doing swings and deadlifts with a trainer who isn’t orthopedic certified. My trainer here has me stretching and working muscles that support my lower back and my back pain is GONE. My posture is improved, too. My 91 year old Mom has been telling me to stand up straight for 60 years. I’d love to stop hearing that and she’d love to stop saying it lol!

I have been training with Mo for over 6 months prior to his opening Sculpt Strength Training. He has helped me strengthen my shoulders as I recovered from an injury. I feel like I am back to full strength which I haven’t had for years. We are now working on my goal to build muscle and the progress has been amazing. He works hard to ensure you build not only your major muscle groups but your small muscle groups to help avoid injury. He also incorporates stretching to help with range of motion.
