Our goal - is your best health! Mental and physical. To get you moving, to make it fun, to improve your health and help you be better, fitter and happier version of yourself. It`s all very much connected. We build a community of positive, active and fun people to be around. You can join our group workouts or schedule one on one sessions as well as create your own small group for trainings. We provide that extra motivation all of us need at times and safe trainings for all levels. No excuses. Simply fun trainings - that will lead to a FIT new you!

A long overdue review for the best personal trainer I've had in years. Iuliia is really good at pushing you to where you will have results without dreading a workout! After my first 2 kids, I was really out of shape. Thanks to a consistent workout schedule with Iuliia, I got back on track! I highly recommend her, regardless of your level of fitness. She trained myself individually, then myself and my husband, then as a group of 4 friends, then back to myself 1:1. All great workouts!

Iuliia is the most meticulous and professional trainer I have ever worked with. She takes the time to listen to how my body is feeling with each particular movement and adjusts the workout to help me avoid injuries.

I love, look forward to, and depend on my workouts with Iuliia. Since covid started it's been a lifesaver to still have a safe workout with smaller groups. She's very knowledgeable and motivating, you'll never regret a workout with Iuliia. She does private training as well, she did a birthday party workout session for me that was so much fun. She is one of the best trainers in the area!

Iuliia is the best! I was hesitant about joining personal training sessions but started taking her classes with a few friends roughly one year ago and am extremely glad that I did. During this time, I’ve gotten much stronger and have noticed changes in my energy levels as well.
She creates fun, challenging, and novel workouts time after time and is always there to help those that need extra help with their form, to motivate all participants to push harder, and has been able to build a great community of fun and active people.
I am fortunate that I stumbled into her class and would highly recommend her personal and group classes to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals.

Iuliia is an awesome personal/group trainer! Love her workout classes!

She creates fun and challenging sessions focusing on cardio, strength, total body and mobility...
The workout she plans is intense and different each session so that I am able to achieve my personal fitness goals throughout the year! (I have been training with her for 4+ years!)
She also takes extra care on beginners, first-timers, correcting their forms and providing them with alternative moves.

She is really one of the best in the business. Give her a try!!

After a recent hip replacement, my rehab and road back to my desired fitness level was erratic. I needed some discipline and someone to push me. I had Luliia come to the house 2x a week and what a difference that made! She quickly assessed my fitness level and weaknesses (many!) and had me doing very basic, but challenging workouts. Mostly using bands and light dumbbells, I was getting stronger in a very short time. She can push you pretty hard, but does it in the most pleasant and professional way. I am so fortunate to have her helping me!
