No warning, the place just shut down. What the heck? I went to work out, doors are closed and lights are off. I did love the place, was clean and nicely spaced out equipment..but this sucks.

Unbelievable!! This place just shut down with no advance notice to anyone that I know of!!!! There were a number of us at the door trying to get in this morning! Rumors of the owner going somewhere else!! This is not right! Won't follow this guy anywhere! Spread the word!!!

Great location but the gym is not very large. Luckily there does not seem to be much foot traffic when I go so no problems there. There are only 4 bathrooms (2 each). So do not go there holding a load... you may not make it to your destination on time lmao.

I have a membership at this gym and it is awesome. The guys that run the place know EVERYTHING about fitness. They take pride in their work and if you want to get in shape, this is the place to have a membership. All the other gyms sign you up, and forget about you. Here, the ownership is the management and their entire life is fitness.

SNAP fitness in Gainesville is a conveniently located, always open, and one of the most well cared for and kept gyms I have been to in 40 plus years. I had memberships to few other fitness centers in Northern Virginia Metropolitan area and all of them one way or another became the reasons I had lost interest in going to gym on a routine basis therefore ended the membership. The Snap Fitness in Gainesville, Virginia changed all of these feelings. Going to gym is a fun and learning experience about living healthy life. The staff is attentive, supportive of all its members. They provide all encompassing support. If I were to count a few; personalized diet programs, personalized training, Yoga classes and much more for helping its members to make adjustments and build on Healthy living style. The facility itself is always clean and the environment is pleasant. I love snap fitness gainesville va! This is where i started really working out every day, in the beginning i was always intimidated by everyone in the gym... but I quickly realized that was all in my head. The people at snap are so awesome! Always there when you need a spot and offer some great tips. If you want a gym that you are excited to go to, then definently join snap. I forgot to mention the new equiptment, and makeover snap just did! It looks amazing. #fitfam

After being a member for almost a year already, I can safely say that this is one of the best gyms I have ever stepped foot in. This is the only gym I've actually tried out the most but it works for me. The size isn't too big or too small, it's just right. The people are friendly and everyone has the same goal coming into the gym and that is to work out. I have seen a dramatic change in myself in appearance and it has made me a better person. Anytime I feel stressed, angry, tired, or just to get a workout in, I come straight to Snap Fitness and do my work. The trainers are nice and helpful with their knowledge on health and fitness and they have helped me every step of the way. The gym is neat and always running no matter what occasion. I don't see myself leaving anytime soon because I've started here and I'm gonna end here because I am still striving for a goal and this gym has put me in the right path.

Never ever will come back to this place. Services of the employees towards customer is zero out of ten. I will never ever in my life will suggest this place to anyone. Some employees have zero experience how to help/serve to the customers. Gym is fine, but employees made me very upset. All I can say that, I give them the rate zero zero zero to the services I received.

Snap Fitness has been a God-send for me. When I moved here last year I had moved hours away from my friends and the club where I worked out. So I went on line and found Snap Fitness of Gainesville. I called the owner, director Derreck Benoit and he invited me to check it out for free. I went in and found Derreck to be friendly and helpful. He showed me the machines and helped me get started. It is quite reasonable and open 24 hours a day. The temperature is always perfect, and it never snows or rains. It is safe, the price is right, and the folks have turned into friends. What else can you ask for?
Check it out. You will be glad you did.

I give this gym a 10 out of 5 stars.

I love this gym! I'm not a body builder or some star athlete but I love to workout and stay healthy. This gym is perfect for ALL of that! It's open 24 hours and every day of the week, even holidays; so I can come in and workout whenever I want. I've even come in in the middle of the night sometimes and it's so cool to be here at the gym with little to no one here.

Speaking of numbers, it's not a gym that has a HUGE crowd of people here regardless of what time you come. Plus, when they do come, they only come to workout. They aren't here as a social event where there's like 20 people all just standing around talking and taking up space. There's no lines for machines or weights, it's just great. Also, even there there isn't much talking or interacting, every member is nice as can be, don't think the no-talking is a sign of no-social skills.

There's tons of security for the members. The staff is great, always friendly, can answer just about any question regarding health, workouts, nutrition, and all sorts of things. They can work with you on prices if you need it too which is great for me!

You'll love it!
