Worst customer service ever. Itβs been 4 days since I been emailing and calling to inform them that they have counted my classes wrong and I have been unable to book classes because of a system error on their end. Nobody replied to my email sent on 5/9 today is 5/13. I called their number and it goes straight to voicemail mail. When I first called them to learn about memberships it took a week for them to get back with me. Incredibly frustrating.

Be aware- they have an extremely strict 10-hr cancellation /5-min late to class penalty- $35/time, and they don't tell you up front.
I paid for a 2-wk trial period, however Wed morning had a last min emergency early in the morning, so I immediately used their app and cancelled late morning class.
Then next day SolidCore send an email asking to charge "negative balance".
This is how SolidCore treats all customers with last minute emergencies?

One of the most rewarding, humbling, and toughest workouts Iβve ever had!
The studio is very clean! Staff is wonderful and very attentive. Naya, the instructor, was exceptionally thorough with explaining all exercises and what to expect during your class. She gave corrections and also came to me to correct my form. It was my very first class so I was so happy and glad the individual attention I got from Naya, especially since there were other students in the class.
Iβm a plus size woman and I thought I would not be able to do the class but it was very doable, tough but if you put your mind to it then you can make it through. If the exercise got to be too much then I did pause a little bit to regain myself and that is very much okay.
I truly loved and enjoyed this class! I got the $79 two week unlimited new student special! Iβll be back as much as I can for the two weeks then more than likely sign up for the unlimited classes for the 6 month commitment. Iβm super excited for this new journey of mine with Solidcore!

I absolutely love this location! Iβve been coming here for a few months now and Iβm going to get a membership very soon, I especially enjoy Kayla she is extremely sweet and always makes me feel comfortable during my workouts and calls me out for doing a good job! All of the trainers are great here. I love this location!

Solidcore Ashburn is an amazing workout led by the most awesome instructors. It challenges you all the while building strength and stamina. It take a few classes to get used to it so I'd suggest going at least 2-3 times in that first week to really get a full experience.

Love [solidcore]! It's a workout like no other and the hardest class I have ever taken. I love how it challenges you and pushes you past your perceived limits, how quickly you see results, and how friendly and helpful the coaches are.

LOVE the classes!!! Fun, intense, and leaves me shaking each time. The only thing that is frustrating, is the delayed and lack of communication. The studio does not have a phone number, so you cant call to ask a question. The only option you have is to email, and the response time was two days.

I really enjoy Solidcore. It's a 50 minute reformer workout that will work muscles that are rarely activated, even for some of the best athletes. I'm sore for days afterward! They now offer a beginner class, which is great since they don't provide much hands-on assistance in the regular classes. The only con: I wish it was cheaper or they offered cheaper packages!

By far the hardest workout I am have ever done, but it leaves you craving more. When the class is over you feel like you really accomplished something. So addictive and rewarding. Great coaches, great energy! Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Love this workout. A perfect thing to do on non cardio days. Always always challenging. You find new levels of strength almost immediately. The coaches are awesome, always encouraging and making sure you are working in the proper way. My favs are Allison and Chris. Also have tried Paige and Jacqueline who are very good as well.
