Such a shame. The instructors are great, but why have a cancellation policy of ten hours in advance?! You have to know the night before if you’re going to come down with a cold the following day. That’s so incredibly unreasonable and unfair- especially since every other cancellation policy for a fitness class is 2 hours, at the most.
I was really enjoying my classes and my most recent instructor for the Intro classes, but- getting into the intro classes at all is a pain. Most classes at normal times are full.
But get this - they will let you add yourself to a wait list.
So if they have a wait list for pretty much every class and the spot that opens up when someone cancels gets filled instantly - why the heck not refund people/credit people appropriately?! It’s such a money grab.
For more than $30 a class you’d expect to have a more forgiving cancellation policy- at least *warn* people that they will lose their class spot before letting them cancel!
It’s just super disappointing that they treat their clients this way. I really hope they reconsider this policy. They aren’t the only gym in town that offers this type of training - so I am going to check out lagree classes elsewhere that have a less ridiculous cancellation policy and more open classes.

Im so sorry, maybe this was a one-off day but that was not an enjoyable class. ): this was my first time, i took a beginners foundation class and while she did give us a tour of the machine, she didn’t model any of the exercises during class. She would only cue verbally and in such a confusing way. Every time i tried to look in the mirror to figure out what was going on, she’d discourage me from doing so. I spent more time trying to figure out what the movement was than actually exercising. Idk everyone I spoke to in the studio was very friendly but I kind of felt like this class was a waste of money

Update 70 classes: I feel more comfortable with the ins and outs of the machine. The exercises still challenge me which is good because I get bored.
This place will change your body like whoa!! After 30 classes my abs and core have never felt and looked stronger :) The coaches are great and the location is clean and safe.

Theresa is an incredible coach and I will be back again solely due to her incredible coaching and inclusiveness. As a first timer, I made sure to show up with plenty of time to spare and I’m glad I did. There are many factors that go into taking the class for a first time and need to be addressed. She made sure I was comfortable and took the time to answer my questions. I left feeling empowered and motivated. Can’t say enough great things about her, and this studio in general! Wish I could give 10 stars but I’ll settle for 5 :)

Tried this today for the first time thru Class pass. I feel like I have tried every form of exercise there is, but this is definitely the hardest thing I have ever done. Wanted to write a review so you have accurate expectations. The instructor was very nice, but it moves fast and I had a hard time doing the movements. This is really nothing like Pilates. I was shaking and after I feel like my legs want to buckle 🤪. It’s slow and controlled which I really like, and I didn’t sweat a ton, but I was shaking like a leaf. I can see this really improving your strength IF you can hang and do it- not sure that I can! Great for people looking for a challenge and an awesome strength workout just using body weight.
Also edited to add- there is also no stretching after! The next day I feel like all my muscles are completely ripped 🤪 I know that is a good thing/the intent to reach muscle failure, but def more than I have ever experienced from any other workout.

I love Solidcore! I’ve done yoga, barre, and running, and this is the best workout for getting stronger muscles. It’s also in a very convenient location. Whether it’s an early or late class and you’re tired you’ll leave energized!

Solidcore is the best workout there is. It’s challenging, not only physically but mentally as well. 50 minutes of hard work where I get to focus on the moves and nothing else. Tanvi is an incredible coach! Great playlist and big energy to get me moving those early mornings.

I saw they’re doing a collaboration with Ever Better, a notorious coffee shop located in the Fan. Ever Better is a “coffee shop” that is based around the MLM/pyramid scheme Herbalife.
I find it very concerning that this fitness place would even try to be involved with them or continue to perpetuate the idea that their shakes/teas are “healthy” by doing a promo with them. Maybe reconsider your marketing because Ever Better is trash and so are the owners. It really makes y’all look like you’re pro MLM

Be prepared for an intense workout session.
Did my first session and really felt it the next two days. Slow and intense exercises. Don't be afraid to take quick breaks if you need it.
