My daughter has had the best time learning gymnastics here and improving herself every week. We are lucky to have such a great option in our community!

Somewhat out of the way and Google GPS keeps taking me the wrong way. But program for toddlers is good.

My daughter started at Stafford Gymnastics when she was just 5 years old, and it’s been an incredible journey ever since. Even with the challenges of COVID slowing down training, she’s now a strong, healthy 13-year-old Level 8 gymnast, which speaks volumes about the high-quality coaching and support she’s received at this gym.

The instructors at Stafford Gymnastics are amazing—knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated to helping each athlete thrive. They’ve created an environment where my daughter could develop her skills while also fostering a true love for the sport. The coaches strike a perfect balance between pushing her to reach new goals and ensuring she enjoys the process.

The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped, and I always feel confident that safety is a priority.

We are so grateful for the role Stafford Gymnastics has played in my daughter’s gymnastics journey. If you’re looking for a gym that supports growth, confidence, and a passion for the sport, I highly recommend Stafford Gymnastics!

It looks clean but there's always an unpleasant smell that's evident as soon as you walk in. Could argue that it's a typical gymnastics center smell but I've never smelled it at Paragon in Fredericksburg.

The best job I ever had! The management and support from top to bottom was first rate from my first day to my last day 7 years later! They will always put safety first, the equipment is always being evaluated for wear and tear if it needs to be replaced, replace it. Not the case in most gyms. The quality of the staff is always supported by education and certifications.
Miss my Stafford crew! T.E.A.M. STAFFORD
* I am now a National Team Coach for the Women's Olympic Team in Switzerland 🇨🇭 I would not be where I am today without my friends and experience at Stafford County and all their support!

Coaches are good but admin staff need to improve communication skills. My daughter went there for years but last time we showed up for class we were informed she was un-enrolled because we didn’t re-enroll. Never heard anything about needing to re-enroll. Never had to do that before. They offered to put us on a wait list but fortunately we found another place for her to do gymnastics.

Our first time there, and so far it seems nice. My daughter had fun, and that was all that mattered.

If you're kid is not on a competitive team your basically just paying to use the gym equipment. Teachers for the other classes rarely teach anything or keep the kids in line. Most of the class is kids milling around or playing on the mats. My girls spent years when they were younger going through the same obstacle course with minimal instruction or correction when they did something incorrectly. We took a few years off and are now back at age 8 and it is the same story. Your kid could spend a decade here and never learn a cartwheel.

The facility is large and clean with friendly staff members. Also the rates are very reasonable. They offer summer programs and open gym times for rainy weekend days.

My daughter cheers here and they have the most loving coaches a member could ask for. We love being a part of this family.

My 11 year old joined Stafford Premier Cheer this season with no previous cheer experience. She has learned so much in such a short amount of time that she is now participating on two separate levels. My husband and I appreciate that the coaches value the importance of family and school all while incorporating life skills during practices such as having positive attitudes, teamwork, character building, integrity, respect for others and work ethic. I highly recommend Stafford Premier All Star Cheerleading.
