Love this gym. Close to work. It's a little smaller, but has all the equipment I need to train for powerlifting or Olympic style weightlifting.
Edit: I am considering leaving this gym due to the extremely rude and entitled clientele. Sucks

So glad I found this gym. Clean, well maintained and friendly staffs and members. Do a group exercise with Coach Mitch Braun. If you’re looking for a gym, coach and good program I definitely recommend Strength Haven.

I was attending a USPC Certification course this past weekend at Strength Haven. Cory and Catherine have built an extremely nice facility with a great atmosphere. Their professionalism and dedication to strength sports is something that many people claim, but few truly follow thru on. With their combined knowledge, I would feel safe sending ALL of my athletes to them, with no reservations. When I am in the Northern Virginia area again, I will definitely be returning to train here. Don't pass on a chance to train here!!
