I started intensive strength training about six months ago once an week and quickly moved to twice a week after seeing and feeling such great improvements. I am gaining strength that is helping me with daily activities and improving my ability to move and balance better that I felt like I was loosing as I aged. I feel like this is going to be something I need to continue to do so I can age healthier and pick up these grandchildren and be active for them!! I started at Strength Space nearly a year ago and was very concerned about exercising, potential for injuries, etc because I don't know what I am doing. Thankfully Bryce and Victor do! I started with a workout that was difficult but doable and every week they add a little weight or make small tweaks, so every visit is a challenge. I am doing things I never thought I could do, and I feel stronger and more resilient. These workouts are tough but quick...only 30 minutes! But upon meeting Bryce and being evaluated, and realizing that this is a true healthy, one-on-one total body experience, I became more interested in learning how to make my almost 68 year-old body feel and function better. I came to Bryce with a pinched nerve in my back/ shoulder. Chiropractors would help but only for a week then it would be pinched again. Bryce recommended strengthing that area so after 4 weeks the tingling and pain stopped and I haven't been to a Chiropractor for 4 months. I'm still going to Strengthspace for overall strength and conditioning. It's 30 minutes of training and education. Well worth the value. I highly recommend.

As an older client, I realized I was in a vicious cycle of being sedentary which was causing me to have more difficulty walking, climbing stairs, lifting objects, etc. And this was causing me to want to do less and less. StrengthSpace has given me the tools I needed when I needed them the most. At 320 lbs and 60 years of age I was determined to do something. You have to bring the determination. StrengthSpace will provide the motivation. Dr. Lee knows what he is doing. I signed up 6 months ago. My weight is 227 lbs and I'm still 60 years old. I feel like I'm in my 20's though. Just two 30 minute sessions per week for the strength. Of course you have to put in the work for your weight loss, or gain goals.

Bryce at StrengthSpace developed a customized work out for me that has transformed my body into the strongest it has ever been. In past years I could only last on the ski slopes a couple hours before coming in because my legs were killing me. This year, however, my legs held up all day, no aching sore muscles - I actually out-skied the fellas! As a professional career woman my time is precious and where I choose to spend my time has to be quality and productive. Twice a week in the morning on my way to work is perfect! And I don’t need a shower after my session even when meeting with important clients that day.
I also need to see progress. When I started December 2020 I had to two step stairs due to weakness in my knee. Couldn’t raise the bar alone on the knee exercises. Now, I’m 10X stronger and I can run up and down stairs single step!
Dr. Bryce is professional, knowledgeable, precise, and caring.
This care is preventive for me also as I’ve witnessed my mother and grandmother decline in bone density and strength, I’m determined that will not be my story. RBG worked out into her nineties with a strength trainer. Pretty sure that was a great example.

I went to Bryce for physical therapy and strength training after an overuse injury in my shoulder. I had been out for almost 5 months from swimming at its highest level and needed to get my strength back after I was healed. Bryce got me back 100% and had me feeling stronger than ever. Great Experience!!! Dr. Bryce is knowledgeable, well educated, a great communicator and very compassionate. A pain management Dr. recommend him to me due to a knee injury, and trying to avoid surgery. Within 2 weeks my pain improved by 95%, maintaining this protocol keeps me pain free now... Later on into working with him I started getting headaches and he was able to tweak the routine several times until they stopped. I would highly recommend Dr. Bryce undoubtedly!

I was referred to Bryce Lee and Strength Space by a colleague in March of this year. I was hooked after the very first session! Bryce worked muscle groups that I didn’t know existed! He is incredibly knowledgeable, well educated, a great communicator, and shows unmatched passion for his profession. He genuinely cares about his clients and celebrates their successes with them. He tracked each of our training sessions and discussed my improvements in each muscle group. He is thorough and coaches you though each session. I noticed a marked improvement in not only my strength but my energy level as well. I’m only sad that I had a job transfer out of the state. I wasted 9 months with Navy medicine attempting to find the issue with my knee and how to return to being able to run my PRT without pain. I was an avid runner, sub 10 PRT run, sub 2 hour 1/2 marathon and 20 min 5k. A knee issue during deployment and a 9 month PT rehab program with the navy lead to me not being able to comfortably run a mile in less than 12 minutes. After one session with Bryce, he discovered the issue, recommended a change in my running and workouts and completely changed recovery approach.

I’ve been going to StrengthSpace for several months now and I love it. I do not have a lot of time for workouts multiple times a week since I have 4 small children but the workouts here are short but good and StrengthSpace is kid friendly which is great for me. I have previous knee surgeries but Bryce works well with people who have had previous surgeries or injuries. I highly recommend StrengthSpace!

I wasn't sure to expect when I checked this place out. I'm a powerlifter and mainly do free weight and barbell type movements so I wasn't entirely sold on all of the machines...
But, after getting a few workouts in here, it's the real deal. The gluteator and leg press alone are absolutely diabolical machines and I don't know that i've felt that type of intensity during a leg press before.
The sessions were fast and efficient which accommodates my busy schedule and the intensity was definitely high enough to help with further strength development. I'd highly recommend StrengthSpace to anyone looking to get stronger, improve their fitness levels, and especially for people who can't afford to spend hours and hours in the gym every week.

I used Strength Space post-rehab after a major surgery that compromised both bone and muscle in one leg. As a physical therapist, Dr. Lee is extremely knowledgable of anatomy and physiology and therefore as a client at SS, I felt very safe and confident in the exercise program designed for my needs. The program was instrumental in my recovery and ability to resume physical activity, including recreational sports. Working with Bryce is always a physically intense and rewarding experience. In just 30 short but intense minutes tailored to my needs leaves me breathing hard and feeling great. The studio is impecibly clean and calming. He only takes one client at a time (if you’ve ever been to other studios the staff often work with several clients at once in a chaotic and noisy environment) and the results I’ve seen have been wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Bryce Lee as a personal trainer. It was important to me to work with someone who is knowledgeable and also concerned with lifting weights safely. Bryce fits the bill! I also appreciate his professionalism. I have never had to wait for my training session to begin. His facility is very clean and the equipment is top notch. I was skeptical when he said each session would last no more than 30 minutes. But he was right. I get an excellent workout with no wasted time.
