TakeOver Athletics Shadowlawn offers group training, private training and 24-hour open gym access.
We offer general strength and conditioning programs suitable for all fitness levels and backgrounds. Our workouts consist of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. This means that our workouts are always seemingly different and not the same old gym routine.
