I've been going to Target Zone Fitness for about three years. I was having problems with back pain and my doctor recommended Target Zone Fitness. I go to the gym three mornings a week. My back pain has decreased significantly. I am very happy with the results.

I've been going to Target Zone Fitness since March 2021 and my partner for about three years. Great gym, very clean with excellent equipment. Personal Trainer Steve listens attentively to our needs and coaches us through our exercises. Our normal schedule is three mornings a week, but Steve is able to make adjustments when we travel or have conflicts to maintain our regimen. We highly recommend Target Zone Fitness.

Steve was recommended by my primary doctor as a Personal Trainer . He is very personable and always professional. After discussion of what my doctor had recommended and my goals to accomplish Steve created a plan tailored for cardio and muscle strengthening. He showed me the proper way to use the equipment during exercises and monitored my progress. He increased the repetitions when I was ready. I now use the program regularly to exercise. He is very knowledgeable in his field and I highly recommend him!!

I highly recommend the Target Zone Fitness program managed by Steve Sable to anyone who is interested in their physical mobility and general health. Beginning with the basics and working step by step to the next level without a lot of pressure to perform is a real plus in this program. Having Steve's skilled observations at hand during the one-on-one sessions builds confidence and gives the encouragement to continue that often makes exercise activities a chore. Instead, you leave with a sense of accomplishment, feeling energized, and ready to come back for the next session! You learn to follow the wellness "attitude" that is so important in maintaining personal energy levels.
Working with Steve as my "strength trainer" has been such a highly positive step for me. I began a year or so before COVID hit. I attribute a significant part of my stamina to get through those difficult times to the training skills and attitudes I learned and was able to practice. I'm so thankful to have that knowledgeable and competent guidance from Steve. He's always receptive to questions and takes time to explain the details of the various activities and how they benefit overall good health.
On the mundane matters of scheduling, Steve is a whiz! It's not a matter of "if" you can be scheduled, but "when." And it's usually within a few days or less that you're "in!" That's a big plus with the lives many of us have these days. Given the importance of regular training, Steve does his utmost to help keep you in shape.
The facility is spotless - another big item as far as I'm concerned. Steve takes excellent care of the equipment, attends to its routine maintenance, and is exquisitely "tuned in" to assure that the weights, for example, are set at the particular level or requirement for each person. Such care and attention to detail is a hallmark of Steve's general attitude toward successful training.
I feel like all the pieces are working together to help my individual progress.

Been going to Steve (owner of target zone fitness) for 3+ years. I have a plethora of issues after a spinal fusion, but was a competitive athlete in my younger years. Steve has really helped me hit my goals while getting into better shape and not getting (re)injured.
If that wasn’t enough, he is reasonably priced for the area and has his own space with wonderful machines/equipment and there is FREE parking.
I really can’t say anything negative about my experience as a client of Steve.

Highly recommend. Steve has many long term clients, and for a reason. He tailors fitness sessions in his private studio to your specific needs. He has a full range of machines available and he personally oversees you while using them. He is flexible in scheduling. And he motivates even those allergic to exercise (like me) to continue.

I have only been a client of Steve’s for a couple of months, however my mother has been working with him for decades. She is now 92 and I credit her triweekly workouts with him for keeping her mobile, flexible and strong. She walks unaided at home and only requires a cane when going out. I recently joined her at Target Zone Fitness and am hoping that working with Steve will increase my chances of doing as well as she is when I’m 92!

I've been working with Steve for over a year. He is laser-focused on getting results and listens to what you need. A lot of personal trainers approach you with a program pre-developed for all their clients- Steve jumps in with a customized workout plan and gives great nutritional advice as well (you just have to do your part to follow it). I highly recommend him.
Also, his facility is flawless, all equipment works. Public gyms in general have really slid in terms of maintenance- Steve doesn't let anything slide. You have a private, clean, peaceful environment to knockout your workout and get moving with your day.
