I'm 42 years old and have never worked with a trainer before. I've been working with Brandon for about a month and so far have lost fifteen pounds and feel better every day, with fewer aches and pains and increased energy.
Brandon has been patient and engaged in each session, bringing positive energy and a genuine interest in me while leading me through the exercises at my pace, providing encouragement, and giving me good advice about nutrition and meeting my health goals. Five stars!

I got lucky when I was introduced to Brandon 6 months ago while searching for a specific type of yoga for a knee injury. I didn't think I could strength train again due to my knee pain, but I was wrong. Brandon is an outstanding listener and is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in addressing sports injuries. He knew how to address my injury without making it worse. My knee pain is now gone!
I've trained with several trainers over the years and what sets Brandon apart is his ability to personalize each workout to suit my individual needs. The workouts are challenging yet achievable, pushing me to go beyond what I thought was possible. Sometimes, I surprise myself. Brandon is a great motivator and his energy is contagious. I'm now in the best shape of my life and cannot thank him enough!

I am so glad that I found this place and Brandon. I have been trying to lose my weight mostly by running, that goal was almost achieved. At that point, I needed some guidance from an expert on how to proceed, particularly on improving my core strength and building muscles. Brandon tried his best to meet my needs and came up with extraordinary workout programs to achieve my goal. I feel much differently about myself after having received personal training from Brandon. I strongly recommend trying this place and Brandon, especially to beginners.

I wish I had more space to list all the amazing qualities Brandon possesses as a personal trainer. He is knowledgeable, he is an avid listener to the trainees’ needs, he customizes training plans in accordance with the trainees strengths and limitations, offers expert advice to make exercise routines challenging, sets a path for a strong body, increased endurance, and building muscle. Additionally, he shares fitness tips and healthy recipes via e-mail. During training Brandon is continually monitoring to ensure trainees stick to the form to get best results from the workout. Mostly I love Brandon‘s positive attitude which motivates trainees to keep up with the workouts routines. I highly recommend him.

Brandon has been my trainer for several years and is the reason I've maintained a high level of fitness, despite my busy life. Although I am over 50, I am as strong - if not stronger - than I was in my twenties. He is excellent at varying my workouts, is patient, and has a great sense of humor. However, what I appreciate most is how well he incorporates advice from my physical therapist into every session. Like many people in middle age, I have knee and hip issues that require attention; Brandon is very creative at including my PT exercises into my workouts. As a result, I have improved dramatically. I highly recommend Brandon to anyone who is interested in having a personal trainer.

There was no exercise I hadn’t done in years to get in shape.(PT,solidcore,pilates,boot camp and yoga)But after a month of meeting Brandon, he seems to have gotten a little healthier. In particular, the buttocks and legs show distinct changes. It was a short but effective exercise.

I started training with Brandon about a month ago and it’s been great. I am usually intimidated going into a gym because I never know what to do but Brandon structures workouts in an easy and repeatable way. It definitely takes the pressure off and allows me to just focus on getting stronger. He knows the balance between pushing me to go harder and staying at a particular level and takes into account any health concerns along the way. He’s patient, personable, and knowledgeable. I enjoy working with him and would definitely recommend him.

I started working with Mr. Dunston about a month ago and have been coming in twice a week. It’s a great motivator working with Mr. Dunston to reach my fitness goals and I would recommend coming in and giving it a shot. Its definitely worth it.

Mr. Dunston is an excellent personal trainer. He helps you work towards your health and fitness goals. He really cares about pushing you to work harder and learn exercises that you can do at home. The app we use to train is also very helpful.
Every time I come in for a session, he identifies a weaknesses he pushes me even harder to overcome them. The exercises he has taught me have helped me strengthen my core and also helped me lose weight. I've been coming in once a week with my wife and I really have to say I'm impressed with how effective his sessions are.
I highly recommend working with Mr. Dunston. He really cares about personal fitness and has different programs to suit peoples different needs.
The studio location is convenient and is fully equipped. I'll often find free parking on N. Barton Street without any issues.

Brandon helped me get back into fitness after 3 years of abstinence on my part. I needed some motivational help as well as refreshers after so long! Even with my bachelors in Exercise Physiology and personal experience in the industry, I still learned something new every time. He made me feel comfortable, welcome, and more confident. He has a warm and welcoming personality that anyone would feel at ease! I also joined one of the boot camps, and even though I injured myself lol, it was super fun and enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend!

Brandon is a fantastic trainer. I took his class at Energy Club a few times several years ago and he not only remembered me, but also my strengths and limits. I really appreciate that he customizes and varies every workout, even to outside conditions, as I felt more comfortable exercising outdoors during the pandemic. Brandon stays in touch between sessions, is super responsive and clearly cares about his clients. Already recommended him to several friends.
