I was skeptical of how a 20 min workout twice a week could be effective but wow was I wrong. By the end of the 20 minutes, I have always broken out in a sweat. Iโ€™ve only been a client for about two months, but can already see the definition and feel so much stronger! I have more energy, I no longer dread working out, and got to sign up with a friend! Highly recommend!!!

I feel stronger after going twice a week for three weeks. My husband and I go together. You only have to do 8 reps of each exercise so it's challenging but doable. You can see your improvement each time you go. The coaches help with form, counting and cheering you on. No wasted time adjusting equipment between exercises or waiting for someone else to get off machines. I really like the safety aspect. If some part of your body is hurting let them know and they can adjust your workout.

Exercise coach is very good option for 50 plus individuals who want to build muscle and be healthy. One on One attention from trainers and a very short duration of 20 mins per session to achieve the same effects of doing the same thing at the gym for hours is always a plus.

The trainers at my location Steve and Erin are so personable and nice any amount of praise is less.

I have tried a number of gyms but never found one I liked until this one. The coaches are friendly but motivating, the workouts are super efficient, and the machines are very easy to use. Plus, i donโ€™t have to spend hours of my week getting a good workout - 20 minutes twice a week is all it takes! Iโ€™ve only been going a few weeks and already feel stronger and more positive about my body. Pricing is also very reasonable. Definitely recommend!

I go 2 days a week for 20 minutes each session. I have been doing this for one month and I am stronger. The Exercise Coach has state of the art fitness technology and outstanding coaches to cheer you on and ensure that you are exercising correctly. This program focuses on healthy aging to prevent falls. It also helps with weight loss. This is an affordable option in a clean and private environment. Anyone can find time for 2, 20 minute workouts a week. I like working out smarter in lieu of longer.

This fitness studio is amazing! Itโ€™s conveniently located near Routes 28/66 in Centreville, VA, with plenty of free parking. The studio is very clean, bright, and well-organized. The staff and trainers are not only knowledgeable, but also extremely kind and caring. They are absolutely welcoming of ALL levels of ability and are not judgmental.
