The Little Gym is amazing!! We started our journey off here with all 3 of my girls were each donated trial classes because of a tragic event that happened with the loss of their father. It has become onw of the best outlets for all 3 of them and has really helped them escape and keep their minds busy. The entire staff is amazing and so welcoming and sympathetic to our situation and has offer a home away from home. I cant wait to see what the future holds here for all of my girls!!

It’s a great experience working with the Little gym at the Hanbury Shopping center. My little man Adrian Jr. has been going to this location for over a year and absolutely loves going every Saturday! Our daughter has been coming since March and I have yet to meet an instructor I didn’t like. The lessons here are subtle enough that the kids don’t always see them, but they have a great impact outside of class as well.

Our girl loves “gymnastics day” and I wouldn’t trade that joy for anything. That alone would keep us coming back, but the classes have brought her out of her shell and given her confidence as well.

We tried it out this summer for the first time. My son enjoyed it for the most part. We were made to pay $25 for a bag of stuff he used one thing out of one time yet carried it back and forth every single week. Towards the end, the teacher for his class stopped working there. From then on, it was pretty inconsistent and unorganized. They never remembered his name and really didn't have much structure. I just personally don't believe it's worth the money. Not a horrible experience, just expensive for basically "play time" each week.

Unfortunately, we were not left with a very good impression. Our 3 year old has loved do flips since he was pretty much a baby, so we thought we would put him in gymnastics. Big mistake! He kept telling us he did not want to go and on his last day, my husband and I were waiting outside in the parking lot when all of a sudden we see him running towards the road. Right before he gets to the road the lady grabbed him and we were already running to get him also. Thankfully it ended like that, I do not understand how this could have happened, that he was able to escape out of the door like that. I would say extra precautions need to be made so this doesn't happen again. On top of it all, we did not receive an apology or anything. I thought for sure he would love gymnastics but any mention of it now and it's like he is almost traumatized.

We LOVE the little gym! We started going during the pandemic so it was a little different than what I had envisioned but they really are making it so much fun for both kids and parents. My son has grown and learned under their direction and we both look forward to running around during class on Sundays. Make up policy is very easy and excellent communications. I started my kid here over 2 years ago and they have always done a great job keeping the gym clean between classes, but they really stepped it up and went the extra mile durning this pandemic. This is a great gym for grade school gymnastics. "Though she be but little she is fierce." There are some very talented gymnasts here, and the teachers will back flip with the best of them. Don't count them out for upper level skills. The kids need the confidence in themselves to try them first, and this environment is centered around the child.

My daughter absolutely loves The Little Gym. She has learned so much in the last few months. All of the teachers are attentive and coach the children based on individual skill level. My daughter is 7 and got started a little later than some other children, but was recently moved to a new class based on the instructors evaluation of her skills. We look forward to our class The Little Gym every week! The facility is impeccably clean and the staff are always amazingly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. When my second daughter was born, I wasn’t sure if we would be able to keep coming because I don’t have childcare for her but the lovely staff have stepped up and helped me! I would recommend TLG without reservation. The programs are structured, developmentally appropriate, and so fun for the kids! Parents also have the wonderful opportunity to meet other families who are in the same season of life!

My 2 year old daughter and I love The Little Gym. She started at 18 months, a bit hesitant, but eased into the routine as she got to know her teachers. I love the encouragement from the teachers, and their understanding of the children’s needs and strengths. My daughter is very energetic, and a bit unsure about trying new things. The teachers we’ve had meet her where she is, helping her to achieve new skills, without forcing her to go too far outside her comfort zone. We love TLG of Chesapeake! Besides it being my 17 month old daughter's most favorite place ever, she's learned many different gymnastic skills, sign language, and even practical skills like cleaning up toys when you're done. The equipment is always cleaned/sanitized after every class and the teachers are so patient and careful as the little ones learn new skills. We really value our time there! It's worth every penny!

Little Gym has been a part of our family since our daughter was 2 1/2. She looks forward to her time each week, so much so that we are participating in 2 classes this year. Thank the good Lord for this noncompetitive physical activity and all of our successes over the years. We are really worried about the end of next year. We unfortunately age out of Little Gym at the end of the season next year.

Beware!!! I would never leave my child here unattended but I see the need for some parents. As I watched my daughter play in the gym area another Lil girl maybe all of 3 and a half walked out of the play area and sat down in the viewing area. Not until it was brought to the attention of the staff did they have a clue that she had walked out of the room as if it was no big deal. There is no security on the interior doors or exterior doors. Anyone can come and go as they please. Never again will I come to this place nor recommend it to anyone at all.

Been going to the little gym for over 3 years and it's always so much fun!!! The teachers are great at interacting with the kids and making things fun for everyone.
