We absolutely love The Little Gym of Dulles! Both of our kids started here at 15 months old, and now our oldest is 3.5 — it’s been amazing to watch them grow and gain confidence through movement and play. The staff is wonderful, especially Mr. Ryan and Ms. Allie, who make every class so fun and engaging. After attending a friend’s birthday party at the little gym I knew I had to sign my then 3 year old up for classes. In the two years since, I’ve participated in classes ranging from beasts to giggle worms with my two kids. Each week I’ve been impressed in not only the confidence and skill each instructor has instilled into my children, but the love and attention that is poured in by every instructor they have encountered. The staff at the little gym truly do care for your whole child and my kids are always excited to be there. A special thanks to Ms. Ali, Mr. Ryan, Ms. Tiana, and Mr. Will for all of their time and for making gymnastics a positive constant in my girls week.

We love The Little Gym of Dulles Landing! We’ve been coming here for almost 2 years now and our journey from Parent-Child classes to Funny Bugs has by far been amazing!
The facility is always clean. The instructors are all very friendly and helpful. They will try their best to make sure each child feels comfortable throughout class. We know our son loves them too because he talks about them at home as well 😊

We absolutely love The Little Gym of Dulles Landing. Our daughter has been going here for almost 5 years now. She’s become so much stronger, confident and amazing at gymnastics. It’s her favorite after school activity and she always looks forward to going to gymnastics. The environment is clean and inviting. All the teachers are very friendly, patient, and fun. Our absolute favorite is Ms. Ali - the gym director. She is so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They make it very convenient to cancel classes even if it’s last minute and you always have options for making them up. We couldn’t recommend The Little Gym of Dulles Landing enough.

We love The Little Gym of Dulles Landing! My toddlers have been attending this gym since May 2024. The staff is highly knowledgeable and qualified to guide parents and children through learning new skills. The teachers are always prepared and friendly and the facility is always clean and safe for the kids to run around and explore. I cannot imagine a better place to bring my little ones to help them learn basic skills that will help them to become competitive gymnasts one day.

We absolutely love the little gym. I have both my kids in the same class and they have such a blast. I love that the classes are interactive, fun, but also teach some kind of “lesson”. I also appreciate that the instructors are very caring. If any of the kids cry or something happens (kids are bound to run into each other, fall etc.) the instructors truly do a great job at helping the kids first before just calling the parents for help. I’ve seen such a boost in confidence since my kids started classes here. Totally recommend this place! (We also love their story time followed by play!)

Today's incident made me leave a review.
Overall the Little Gym is a great experience for a toddler and parents. I had to leave this review for Little Gym with to make them think better of the staff they hire.

Our usual coach is great. But she is on vacation now so there was substitute coach Emily (if I remember right).
So today the substitute coach handled the situation when my baby didn't want to return a stick (after activity with sticks has ended) in such a horrible and unprofessional way that made me question is she really qualified for working with babies.
She tried to distract my baby a little bit and get the stick. It didn't work, she wasn't trying hard although it was her job. So she just got it with force! Of course my baby was frustrated and so upset as I never saw him in any other situations close to this.
I'm very frustrated after such experience. I see that this person has no understanding with babies, like not sensitive enough to fit that job. And not trying to do her job well.

Before that we have similar situations two times at the Little Gym and our usual coach has no problems with doing her job. No one was frustrated, everyone was happy.

Beware that not all instructors are professional.

We LOVE Little Gym at Dulles Landing! We have been going there for almost a year and we are thrilled with the skills our daughter has learned! We have been members of the Little Gym of Dulles Landing for about 6 months and can truly say that the staff – particularly Ms. Ali and Mr. Jeremiah – are not only professional and friendly, but extremely dedicated. We were not sure it was worth the drive from Bristow to Dulles for us at first, but our boys have blossomed incredibly in such a short amount of time. Ms. Ali, our class instructor, is highly energetic and has taken the time to build a relationship with both boys despite a regularly packed class. My boys are welcomed enthusiastically by name every visit, and the facility itself is meticulously maintained. I was shocked at how clean the equipment was during our first visit, and every time I turn around, a staff member is disinfecting and/or cleaning some part of the gym. Another thing I appreciate is the “chill” atmosphere. I have been to several toddler classes and events that put a frustrating amount of pressure on the child and parent to strictly adhere to the program. Anyone who is a parent of a toddler understands that sometimes, toddlers want to do their own thing. Sometimes my sons want to sit in the circle and participate, and sometimes they just want to explore the gym on their own. Sometimes we are late to class because getting out the door with two toddlers is a nightmare. I have never once felt judged or been chastised for any of these scenarios, which has not been my experience other places; toddlers are free to be toddlers!

Our extremely positive experience led us to book my son’s 3rd birthday party at Little Gym. We asked if Ms. Ali could host since our boys love her so much, and the scheduling worked out perfectly. Mr. Will, who we had not yet met, was our second host. He was AMAZING! This was our first experience with a birthday party at a facility, and Little Gym set the bar SO HIGH. We literally did not have to do anything but drop off decorations a day before and show up the next day with some food and gift bags. They even had a complete storyline worked out to fit our construction theme. Ms. Ali and Mr. Will set up the decorations perfectly, served all our guests, cleaned up after us, and still managed to facilitate an hour-long interactive gym session. Mr. Will even loaded everything back into our car at the end of the party!! My husband and I were seriously blown away by the level of service, and the kids had a blast.

If you are on the fence about attending a trial class or joining, trust me, it’s TOTALLY worth it! We are so happy with our decision to join.

I don't recommend this place. Staff is not cooperative because this place is for kids and every kids is different. They want your kid to obey all instructions and if not then they may send your kid out of training area saying need break. In such situation your kid feels embarrassed and heartbroken. Instructor need to understand all kids are different. Being alone of this kind of facility in area doesn't mean your business will flories all the time, having bad experiences people will not comeback again and also not advice anybody to put their kids in this place.

I highly recommend The Little Gym for your little one, specifically the Dulles location. I can’t say enough how great this place is. My daughter has been going for few months now, and it’s amazing how much she has grown and learned. I have seen a huge difference in her motor and social skills since we’ve started. Mr. Damien is currently our instructor and he is amazing with the kids (and parents). All of the staff are super friendly, welcoming, and personal by taking the time to know EVERY child that walks through their doors. So this is long overdue. Little Gym in Dulles and Coach Damien, Coach D, truly helped Miguel with his growth. I believe he started at the earliest, 10 months, maybe it was 9 months, and watching Miguel grow and interact with the others, test his body with hanging and rolling and just doing fun things for a full year there, was a true gift to watch. Coach D was an amazing teacher, and a great coach in general. My wife and I truly enjoyed waking up early on Sunday to take Miguel to the 8am class. Loved seeing Coach D, and loved seeing Miguel enjoy himself with the other kids. This Little Gym is awesome, compared to a couple others we have gone to now, Dulles is by far the BEST. We just recently moved down to SC, and one of the only things we were sad about when leaving VA, was that we weren’t going to be at the Dulles Little Gym anymore with Coach D and his staff/team. Everyone there is great, we just were blessed to have Coach Damien, and we couldn’t have asked for a better first coach/teacher. Highly recommend checking this Little Gym out, you will not regret it. Sooooo beneficial, and you meet a lot of good parents and kids in the area. We really miss it, but hope that some of the gyms down in SC can be at least 50% of what Dulles Little Gym and Coach D were. Thank you again Dulles Little Gym and Coach D for helping Miguel grow, helping Miguel learn how to share better, and just letting the kids be kids, while teaching them at the same time. Cheers!! Okay, I am absolutely compelled to leave a review of The Little Gym of Dulles Landing. We had our daughter's 2-year birthday party there yesterday and we are still reeling from our experience. We have not been that well taken care of since our wedding. The staff was so on point that we literally cannot get over it 24 hours later. It was a display of absolute professionalism in what they do. From the moment we walked through the door, it was a red carpet experience. The activities they did, their positive attitudes, big energy, etc. etc. We didn't have much of a plan for our daughter's future birthdays, but we now know 100% that we will continue coming here. The Little Gym of Dulles Landing is absolute perfection. Our daughter had a ball. Our family and friends had a ball. My wife and I are overjoyed. This is, without question, the best place to celebrate your little one's birthday. We are now looking into joining on a regular basis. Thank you so much to the staff for an unbelievable experience. All of the teachers are AMAZING! They know how to handle kids of all ages. My only complaint is that the parent-child class can get so crowded. They let multiple parents or grandparents to participate for just one child. It can literally be so crowded in there that there’s not always room to do the group activity like a back roll, for example.

We have been a The Little Gym family since March 2018, when Noah’s brother, Edward celebrated his 3rd birthday there. Gymnastics was there first extracurricular activity for our kids and obviously sparked their interests in other sports since then (swimming, soccer, baseball…). We have been attending classes at The Little Gym for the past 6 years since my oldest daughter was 4 months old. I have loved watching both of my daughters (now 6 and 3) learn, grow, gain confidence, and have a blast while doing it. We have done lots of toddler classes including dance, swim, and art but feel that The Little Gym has done the most to prepare our daughters for school as they learn so much more than just gymnastics. They also learn how to share, take turns, be kind, listen to the teacher, be independent, believe in themselves and so much more. The owner and staff make an effort to get to know each of the kids and make sure everyone has an enjoyable experience. I recommend TLG to all my friends!

We have been going to Little Gym classes, camps and fun events for the past 5 years (the birthday parties we have thrown for our kids there have been the best parties) with our 3 kids! The staff is wonderful and our kids absolutely love going to The Little Gym every week! So impressed with how the have handled everything going on this year-great safety measures taken so kids can continue to have fun even with everything going on! I love that they are flexible as well if a class or camp needs changed they are willing to go out of their way to help us out! Terribly unimpressed with this place. I paid for a full year upfront and due to COVID wasn't able to attend the classes. We have since moved out of state and for months on end I've been attempting to get a refund only to be told time and time again that my request as been submitted but not approved. I'm sure they're waiting for me to forget about it but that wont be happening. Next up is a dispute with my credit card. Don't waste time doing business here. If you do, don't prepay. At least if I had done month to month my payments would have stopped when they stopped classes back in March.

This place is fun and safe for young children! The staff (especially Miss Graham and Miss Jenna) is amazing and wonderful with kids. They're also very friendly and always there to answer any questions that may arise. Our child is in her fourth season (started in one of the parent-child classes) with this facility and absolutely LOVES it. We are there normally 2-3 times/week! It's the one place that she can't wait to get to with friends whether it's practice or class. Birthday parties are well-organized and fun for everyone. The monthly Parent Survival Nights (PSNs) are also fantastic. We don't have other family nearby, so this is a nice option for your kid to have fun and for the parents to have a fun date night. If you want a place where you get your money's worth, definitely try this one out!

This place is a rip off. I can't explain how upset I am. This place didn't have a teacher for a class that my daughter was attending and could not perform any of the obligations that they agreed to. When my wife confronted them, only a 50 percent refund was issued. This place is awful and inept. If I could give them a minus 100 stars, I would!

Our girls have been taking classes at this gym for four months now. They both are always so excited to go to their gymnastics class. Sarah, Lindsay and Graham are fantastic teachers with so much energy. They never fail to address us by name as we come in or leave and are quick to resolve scheduling issues on the spot.
