I am insured and certified as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. My passion is fitness and living a balanced and wholesome life. This is what The Marshall Method is based on. My goal is simple - to help you become the greatest version of yourself. I provide customized fitness plans based on your individual needs and diligently work with you to make sure your goals are not only achieved but surpassed. The best project you'll ever work on is you, so why not start now? No matter the fitness level or the end goal. All are welcome!

My son has been prepping for college football and was looking for someone to help him safely put on weight and push him to get stronger. Aaron was very accommodating to my sons hectic schedule, and worked closely with my son every week to meet all of his strength and conditioning goals. Aaron spent a great deal of time personalizing a workout that has put my son in the very position to be competitive as he starts school and I have no doubts we’ll be back for summer conditioning. I beyond happy about our choice to get in touch with Aaron and I recommend him to anyone else looking to prioritize their fitness and health. 100% happy with The Marshall Method !

Aaron’s programming is varied and absolutely tailored to my interests, goals, and fitness level. We have been working together for about 18 months and there is no doubt I am hitting my goals. As a coach he is compassionate but challenging. If you’re looking for a personal trainer look no further. If I could leave 10 stars I would ! Aaron is the REAL DEAL! My fiancé and I have been training with Arron for over a year and absolutely wouldn’t have it any other way. When it comes to achieving your personal fitness goals , Aaron has specialized plans for each individual. My goal was always to tone and gain muscle mass and strength. I went from 103lbs to 115lb and have never felt better !! I also become the strongest I have ever been , I went from doing maybe 1 pull up to successfully being able to do 15 reps with no problem! Needless to say Aaron has been one of the best investments in myself I’ve ever made . Last but not least, Aaron is super personable he is more than just a trainer , he became a friend.

My husband and I trained together with Aaron. He put together the perfect plan to stengthen our body and mind. Everything was taylored to increase flexibility and help with the recovery of my husbands back after suffering a spinal injury. We saw a big change in our health and the quality of our lives. I have been working with Aaron Marshall for the better part of 2 years now and due to his encouraging, patient, and motivating training style I am in the best shape I’ve ever been at the age of 35, not only losing weight, but increasing my strength at rates I didn’t think were possible at this stage of my life.
Aaron will sit down with you, determine your goals, and create a custom and dynamic work out plan that evolves with your growing strength and fitness levels. He identified areas on myself where more work was required and crafted a unique approach to exercising muscles I barely even knew I had.
Most importantly, while gyms were closed during the COVID pandemic, he built an in-home plan using minimal equipment that prevented me from losing progress already made, and introduced me to a variety of new workouts and techniques that I carried with me back to the gym.
I cannot recommend The Marshall Method enough, in what should be a time of my life where my physical fitness levels are starting to decline, I instead have achieved new personal bests in almost every aspect of my workout routine.

I have been working with Aaron for about a year now, and it has been a life changing experience. Aaron and I sat down, discussed goals, challenges, past experiences, what worked, what didn't, and worked to develop a customized plan that fit my needs. Aaron covered everything from daily diet, to workouts, and even the importance of rest days. I went from 260lbs to 205lbs and i have never felt better. I met Aaron when I was in Virginia for Navy training, and decided after I turned 30 that I wanted to get into shape. He was extremely thorough with me and demonstrated the exercises laid out in the plan he tailored just for me! I have now gone home (Indiana) but he still checks up on me and sends me monthly work outs to keep the progress going. Hands down the most personable, motivational, and all around great personal trainer. Check him out, you will NOT be disappointed. (I lost 8% body fat in the first 30 days of following his workout and meal plan).
