I needed a place to train for a strongman competition and the noke was recommended to me and Iβm so glad! Lacey was so welcoming and I could tell she loves the gym! Large verity of equipment for strongman, CrossFit workouts, lifting or whatever you want. Definitely recommend!

I have been going here for a little over a year now. I love this place. Everyone is friendly but minds their own buisness as well. The owners are wonderful and always helpful. 10/10

Fantastic setups for strongpeople, powerlifters, and weight trainers
Cardio equipment is sparse, which is fine for me but may not be ideal for others; you do have 100ft of turf to run if that's your thing

Best place I've ever been to workout, too bad I can only make it maybe twice a month due to distance. Staff are awesome and they have all the equipment a beginner strongman needs. Definitely recommend.

This gym is fantastic! Great trainers and an even better community (much of its membership is truly inspiring). A very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Itβs far from your typical gym and Iβm testing myself in ways that I never imagined. No mirrors, no BS, and a plethora of functional training equipment (including PM5 equipped Concept 2 rowers). Best suited for strongman, CrossFit, and functional training.
If youβre looking for a Goldβs type gym with loads of machines, this isnβt for you.
Donβt let the lack of AC keep you from visiting. Early mornings are always π.

4 generally, 3 during the month of july. For a functional fitness/crossfit style of training enthusiast, this is a great gym. Also great for strongman, since they have all the implements you could need, including thickbars, yokes, and multiple logs. Nice long turf area too if you need to do some short- medium distance sprinting or throwing or run routes. Loooots of plates in all sizes, which is a nice change from hunting 2.5s down in the average commercial gym. They have a monolift as well, which I have no need for but certainly some people do.
The problems for me were, first, a total lack of machines, and second, a total lack of ac. I made the mistake of coming in the afternoon without knowing about the A/C, and I've trained in gyms in the Yucatan that felt less likely to give me heatstroke. It's one large open space with plenty of fans, but its on a hill with no shade. I had to spend my full rest period in front of one to avoid overheating, something I'm a bit prone to anyway. Free weight work arounds can be found for most of the machines but I'm not as militantly against them as I was in my 20's.
Staff and members were very nice, and multiple people came up to say hello to me, which was nice. Members have 24 hr access. Parking was easy. Don't know about a shower as I didn't need to look for one. Lastly, it's got some of the best views I've ever seen in a gym, something to enjoy while you're taking a breather.

Great gym for strongman, crossfit, and your big three (bench, dead, squat) style lifting.
This is not a glamorous gym, there is no AC, there are no cable machines.
They have dropable bumper plates that do not get you kicked out for dropping. Slam away.
They have sandbags, rowers, bikes, squat racks, platforms, ropes, turf, boxes, benches, axle bars, kegs, and plenty of barbells and dumbells up for your use.
Update: it's the same

I love this gym, it isn't like your big corporate gyms with the machines, and people hogging the weights. Here the people are warm, friendly, and helpful, plenty of weights and rigs. The staff knows you by name. I've been going for over a year and a half, and have never had a negative experience. Awesome place.
