Very disappointed with this place. We were a visiting volleyball team playing here tonight. They have no volleyballs for guests to use. We went for the first time and I was so impressed with the facility and the workers were all so lovely.

This center is run by a church but they welcome everyone. They have fields, a gym, and other places I didn’t even get to see. The area in front has lots of seating and there is food to purchase there.

They also have homeschool classes which look like so much fun. You do not have to sign a statement of faith or even be Christian to join but some classes may teach from a Christian perspective depending on the subject.

I’ve been a member at the nZone for years and have generally enjoyed the facility, but today’s experience was deeply frustrating and disappointing.

Before our scheduled pickup game, I politely asked a group already on the field if I can warm up with them -normal in pickup culture. I wasn’t aggressive or disruptive—just being friendly and doing what many regulars at the nZone have done for years. Out of nowhere, a staff member told me to stop “harassing people.” I calmly explained that I’ve played here for a long time, and that I’ve always been allowed to politely ask to join games. His response? “I don’t care.”

That kind of dismissive and unprofessional attitude from staff—especially toward a longtime paying member—is unacceptable. I wasn’t breaking any rules, and being spoken to like that in front of others felt unnecessary and disrespectful.

To make things worse, we were told we couldn’t begin our reservation right at the scheduled time because “the kids still have a few minutes," despite their coaches having already left. If that’s the case, then reservations shouldn’t be scheduled back-to-back with no buffer. Either extend the reservation time or build in a 5–10 minute gap to avoid confusion and tension. Otherwise, one group is always starting late while the other overstays, which makes no sense from a scheduling or customer experience standpoint.

I come here to unwind and be part of a community—not to be treated like a problem for asking to play. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because today’s interaction did not reflect the values or professionalism I expect from a place I’ve supported for years.

The soccer fields are in terrible condition!
Several friends, including myself, have already been injured. I've seen many sprained ankles here, and one of us even suffered a ligament rupture.
We've reported the issue multiple times to the front desk staff, but they can't do anything about it. This place makes a good profit from rentals—it's time to invest in repairing the synthetic turf and the surrounding plastic fences. It's been any years the same abandonment and getting worse every time.

Horrible staff at front desk! I came in in 8 Mar to cancel my membership for Adrenaline which was offered after they cancelled CrossFit. But they kicked the Adrenaline group out of their space and offered no alternatives for two months while charging me! The woman at front desk became combative setting up a terrible example for the young staffers there. I ended up walking away after they refused to give me the Managers contact information and seemed like they were looking for an altercation! The woman at the desk front yelled at me while I walked out! Incredibly rude and obnoxious! Glad I’m gone!

Didn’t even know the place was here. Driving by it looked dark and even closed. Drive around the back and you see all the cars. Daughter had a lacrosse camp here and everyone was super nice and very helpful. The facility is a good size, very clean and seems well maintained. My family has really enjoyed the facility and we look forward to using it more in the future. Check it out.

This was fun! No idea it existed before today, but we came for a birthday party and the kids had a blast. The staff were very helpful with the kids, didn't rush anyone, and were super sweet. They played a bunch of basketball games, enjoyed pizza, and generally enjoyed themselves. There is a little cafe on the premises, but it seemed to be open only until around 2 pm or so. The staff person running it was also very sweet, and adjusted an item for my very picky child who didn't want the birthday pizza. If we lived closer, I'd look into bringing my child again.

Horrible customer service. Insufficient infrastructure that they are not prepared for. I was trying to register for an event, and the website was not allowing new customers. I called the location. A person Theodore picked the phone and behaved if he is doing a favor to talk to the customer. The other person Anthony informed that the website crashes when then have large events. Come on, dont rent out your place for large events if you are incapable to handling the load. And the employees should be trained on basic customer service. I requested to talk to a manager, and was told there is no manager on weekends. And that they cannot give managers contact info. Was told that Jonathan will call back on Monday. Going by experience, highly unlikely!

Been a customer since 2016/2017 always made bookings on field rentals. New management only cares about your money and not their loyal clients. In the past I had issues where we had to cancel an event (no refund was returned but credit was issued to save us a time for next usage in field) because they wanted to us to keep coming back. Last Friday on 11/19 we had an unfortunate event of 10 of us not showing so we couldn’t continue with our event (field rental) and I tried explaining to management about it. I would be just happy with anything they could give me. I did end up paying 262 for an hour and half. Manager Jonathan, didn’t really listen to my concerns and claimed new owners are “STRICTER” And said he was going to book me up for another Friday and transfer me to someone else to get the booking started (not professional) plus they’re too pricey. ($170 an hour for small field) while Winchester sportplex and other places charges $110 an hour and bigger field and better quality. THIS NZONE IS GOING TO GO DOWN HILL WITH NEW OWNER SHIP. Not the same nzone. They care more about money than their people. Save your money and time

Horrible experience at a travel basketball tournament this weekend. The ceiling was leaking water onto the court. All but one team in our bracket cancelled. The cost was $10 per person per day. It cost my wife and I $40 to watch 2 games. The other team showed up with 3 players on the 2nd day. While watching the game, we were bumped into several times by the workouts taking place next to the courts. Stop overcharging.

My workplace rented the gym Saturday 10/13/2018. There was an older lady at the front desk who was incredibly rude. Even though she was very rude and unwelcoming i continued to be very respectful. I thought to myself wow, and this is a Christian organization? I also learned a co worker left his phone at the gym that same night. She would not let him go back and get his phone from the gym. She told him it was late and he would have to come back tmrw. She would not let him use the facility phone or her cell phone to quickly locate his phone. Apparently she was very rude w/ him as well.

Other than the experience w/ the rude front desk woman... the rest of the experience was awesome. Amazing facility!

Terrible gym. Number 1 complaint is that the NZone is actually a church disguised as a gym. They pretend to mainly be a recreation facility to get people in and then you slowly realize that they’re actually a church.
Besides the downfalls in their theology, the gym itself is awful. Dirty and dingy; the equipment in disarray, and often broken. They hold workout classes where 20 people or more will run into the gym area where you’re trying to work out, take all of the hand weights, and leave. So much for your free weight workout. They will hold massive events at their facility without sending an email about to it gym members, so that when you show up to workout, you can’t find a parking space, or have to muscle your way through hordes of people just to get to the workout space. We honesty cancelled our membership due to the dishonesty of what the facility actually is, and that in my honest opinion, they are twisting theology to get more money. If that doesn’t bother you, it’s still an awful gym.
