Worth every penny! this is the best workout, and it is the best use of your time! Schedule your workout to try it out for yourself!
Years Later edit: unfortunately this company is not able to recognize that underpaying their trainers, treating them like they’re disposable, has a major effect on the client experience.
It is a great workout. Safe, effective, and time efficient. But it is costly and too much of those fees go to the owners rather than paying a living wage to the staff.

I love this place. I have always hated to exercise but since I joined here I have really enjoyed it. I love that I am given individual attention to reach my fullest potential. I love that Biffy and Guy are so careful with my arthritic knees. I am much stronger since I have started 5 months ago and most importantly my back doesn’t hurt any more. These folks are so knowledgeable, caring, and excellent in helping you be your best. Try it and you will agree.

I started the Perfect workout about 2 months ago and I can already tell a difference. I have more tone and muscle and it feels great. I think this is the best thing I have done for myself in a very long time.
I am currently working out with Biffy , and love my one and one training. Biffy is an inspiration and great motivator which has made the difference. She is focused on her clients for a personalized and challenging workout that brings results. For anyone looking for a great health and fitness program , I highly recommend The Perfect Workout and Biffy. I can’t imagine me not doing this.

It is so easy to get the workout in and get on with your day. Biffy is great, putting up with sarcasm, groaning, dirty looks, and still encouraging with a smile and "you can do it...it's mind over muscle time! and by the way that was 2.5 more pounds than last time!" Without a doubt I have more energy and feel stronger.

I’ll admit, I was skeptical of this method of working out only 20min & getting results, but, I was very wrong!
The science behind the Slow Method with heavy weights has been discussed extensively, but for me, the proof is in the changes in my own body! I’m so much stronger & my body is tighter. And I’m a 66 yr old woman who has worked out my entire life, all kinds of workouts, The Perfect Workout is, by far, the most efficient!
A great part of my continued success is owed to Biffy, the trainer. She is my own personal cheerleader! Listens to my concern, adapts to my concerns, gently pushes me to go further, always firm, but always encouraging!

I had never worked with a trainer before and was skeptical, but Biffy is the best and I look forward to working out twice a week. She helps you stay focused and gets you to find strength when you don't think your body can push any further. This is the most committed I've been to a workout plan in years. It's not like going to the gym everyday. It's an unbelievable muscular workout that will have you missing your mommy. I've been to five workouts and my friends already tell me how great I look. I am very pleased with the results. Plus, if you mention WTOP, you get a discount three day trail. If you are serious about your fitness goals, you should give this a try.

Pretty expensive and a poor location. The system could be good, but not accesible, unless you are able to pay about 300 dollars for 120 minutes workout!
