The Perfect Workout has been a great experience. I feel mentally and physically stronger after the sessions. Love this place! Andrew is amazing. Only 20 min 2x a week and I now have arm and ab definition. As we age strength training is critical - that’s why I come. No weight loss, but I’m stronger and healthier.

I’ve had a great experience working out with Andrew over the past year and four months. I was not in great shape and recovering from injuries, including a torn rotator cuff and history of back problems. Andrew has been creative and encouraging and gone above and beyond on, helping to ensure that I keep getting stronger and avoid any setbacks by really learning to listen to my body and find exercise exercises that work for me. It may sound silly, but at 57 I’m super proud of how strong I am!! I even had a pretty bad fall down some stairs that were icy and got up with just bruises. I attribute the lack of injury to my Perfect Workout.

I needed to add strength training for my health, but I have a very busy schedule. 20 minutes, twice a week (literally) was easy to squeeze in. And I’ve been able to adhere to this minimal time commitment for several years now. (Showing up consistently is half the battle.). Andrew is a fantastic trainer. His creative adaptations enable me to keep exercising despite various injuries. He’s very knowledgeable, motivating and pleasant to work with. And I’ve seen great results.

I am so happy that I started my exercise program in Fairfax! Just 20 minutes two days a week of supervised, intense weight lifting which makes it something I can stick to.
It would be great for someone new to strength training or for people like me who have been lifting for awhile, but appreciate less thinking and planning.
The trainer - in Fairfax, it’s Andrew who is wonderful - handles everything, from exercises chosen and sequence, to setting the weights, tracking progress, increasing weights, and timing each exercise.
Imagine circuit training where you just move from station to station and it’s ready for you. Andrew pushes me, which I definitely need, but is also mindful of challenges and injuries.
He is fantastic to work with; very personable, patient, motivating, and encouraging.
For healthy aging, women are being encouraged to include resistance training. The Perfect Workout is an effective way to incorporate it, even if you don’t know what you’re doing.

This is a great place to workout. Christine is the best trainer you could wish for. She is very knowledgeable, very attentive, and super encouraging. She knows how to push you but is also careful so you don't hurt yourself.
