My son has struggled with a medical issue that has no diagnosis. From the time I called Aubrey she understood my heart as a Mom. She got us in and set my son up with Bob who my son connected with and felt seen and heard. He still struggles but it has been the one treatment that helped his body and mind. Bob helped him to get back in the game!! Thanks guys it’s been a pleasure!

For about six weeks my 15 year old son has been apart of this program. I highly recommend The Well Personal Fitness and have nothing but good things to say. Up until 2020 he was an extremely active boy and then COVID hit. Since then he has gained weight and struggled with feeling secure in his own skin. I found The Well Personal Fitness through a post online and decided, why not try them. We have been struggling for months to find someone who would work with a 15 year old. I called and left a message and Aubrey returned my phone call by the end of the day. She listened to all my/my son’s concerns and scheduled an intake appointment with us. Less than a week later, she met with us. She listened and assigned a trainer that day. We had him before the end of the week meeting with his personal trainer, Bob, and he absolutely loves it! He has already started to lose weight by adjusting his diet and we started to see his strength improve after the first week. With being the only one in the studio during his work out times, he pushes himself and feels confident during his workouts. From the very beginning it has been a positive experience with Aubrey meeting us and then checking in periodically to see how things are going and I can’t say enough about Bob! My son looks forward to his work out days and has a positive outlook for his future. Thank you Aubrey and Bob for your commitment to personal fitness and helping my son get to where he needs to be before he graduates high school (as he wants to join in the military). I know with the training he is getting he will continue down this positive road. You all rock!!!!

My husband actually found Aubrey’s post and it has been such an awesome way to kick start getting back into shape. I’ve been working with Lauren and she is absolutely incredible and I even look forward to our hour together. Aubrey was great and worked closely with me to develop a workout cadence that was right for me and my budget. My trainer, KZ, was also really flexible and gave me workouts that were challenging but reachable. I would highly recommend The Well!

The Well has offered me confidence in navigating my strength training journey independently. I have worked with a trainer who has guided by journey through 1:1 meetings and workouts as well as “homework” to keep me accountable. I have learned a lot about my health and focus and have learned to recognize that the strength, commitment, focus and the way I feel says more about my health than the external factors I used to measure myself against. I’m so appreciative of The Well and am grateful I found them to guide me where I haven’t been able to go alone.

The Well was the best thing I did for myself this summer. Aubrey was fantastic and assigned me a fantastic trainer. As a teacher and busy mom of 3 children, I did not always put my health and fitness first. My trainer helped with both strength training and nutrition. The combination of both was what I needed. My experience with The Well has been fantastic. I trained three years ago with Aubrey. She was wonderful. I am back this year for a tune- up and am learning so much from Carol. Both women are experienced and compassionate trainers. I am in my late 50’s and needed to improve my agility and balance. I am very happy with my progress.

Aubrey at The Well has helped me have the accountability I need to workout and do what my body needs! During our exploratory session, she was able to watch my movements and could see which areas cause more pain in my daily living. I’ve just begun to work with Aubrey and am pleased that thus far my experience has been the best experience I have had with a trainer! She listens, is patience and observant. She is knowledgeable and explains the objective to performing particular exercises. She has developed a program that is helping me realize the areas I need to strengthening. She checks in between scheduled visits. She is flexible with scheduling. Best of all, I am not feeling overwhelmed trying to go at a fast pace just to say I have checked off a particular exercise. I am able to listen to my body, learn it, and strengthen it at my ability level. Feeling challenged without being overwhelmed and loving it! Appreciate her and looking forward to learning from her to improve myself.

I had a great experience at The Well’s Kings Charter location. Amber met me in the mornings at 6:30 and was very flexible with my fitness schedule to fit in with my home/work schedule.
A few times I thought the exercises she was teaching me were too easy, but I sure felt it later!
Amber is very good with instructing on the best way to do exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and improve my posture. The app The Well uses makes it easy to follow up with an exercise routine at home.
