Our model is the small, local private studio that creates an environment catered to you individually and your own personal development: whether it’s just starting, getting out of a rut, or finding ways to elevate and protect your quality of life.

We focus on mobility, strength, stamina, flexibility, and stability in a functional way, to make everyday movement easier and stronger.

I am so grateful to have found The Well. I came to them after years of not working out and feeling completely disconnected from my own strength. From the moment I walked in, both Aubrey and Carmya made me feel seen, supported, and safe. That alone meant more than I can ever put into words.

Aubrey, the owner, is one of the kindest and most genuine people I have met. She creates a space where you feel cared for, not judged, and where you can show up exactly as you are. Her warmth and encouragement helped me believe I could actually do this again.

My trainer, Carmya, has been nothing short of life changing for me. She is fun, uplifting, and so caring, but she also knows exactly how to push me in a way that feels empowering instead of scary. She has helped me rebuild confidence I thought I had lost forever. There have been moments in our sessions where I’ve surprised myself, and it is because she believed in me before I believed in myself.

Both Aubrey and Carmya have been a huge part of my journey back to feeling strong, capable, and hopeful. I am forever grateful for them. I would recommend The Well to anyone who wants a healthier lifestyle but also wants to feel supported, encouraged, and understood along the way. They truly care about you, and it shows in every moment.

In 2018...i was in a high stress job...i thought i was in shape but my blood pressure and cholesterol were creeping up. I was 61 years old and knew i needed to do something. I found Aubrey online and went to her studio to meet her. I talked...she listened...she asked questions...i could tell right away this was good. I started working with Aubrey right away. She developed a plan for me tailored to my needs. I went to the studio once a week for over a year. Aubrey pushed me hard but most importantly she was encouraging inspiring and a leader. I followed her program and the results speak for themselves. I am now 68...my blood pressure and cholesterol are normal...i feel great!! I still follow Aubrey's plan and she's always there to answer questions....give you a high five...and keep you going. if you need a real personal coacah...i can higly recommend Aubrey and her program. If you need to feel better...lose weight...get in shape...whatever your goals are she will listen and help you get there..Don't delay..it's your health !!

I have been battling weight gain for years and tried so many things that would work for a while, but then I would find myself right where I started. Frustrated, I did one more google search for a personal trainer in a private setting and found The Well. I went and met with Aubrey and my official journey began. I have now been working out with KZ, one of the top notch trainers at The Well for a full year this week. I have a long way to go, but have definitely started my journey to a happier healthier life. Really love and value the service received from The Well. Between my personal trainer as well as his manager, they have been very supportive in my workout and health journey. If you're considering personal training, The Well is definitely the studio to consider! I worked with Monique and Aubrey for about 8 months and their attention to my needs in developing my program and schedule were top notch. Not only did I start noticing the physical changes I was primarily interested in, but my mental health improved as well. Monique was flexible and great with communication, and she always lended an ear if I needed to ask questions about form, but also if I just needed to vent or talk about life! Amazing place to get back into the swing of things without going crazy. The trainers are so encouraging and push you to keep going. They support your mental and physical health which is amazing and they have the sweetest dog that comes in sometimes 🐶 I'm already feeling stronger and like I can stick with the pace, which is new for me! I am so happy with my experience at The Well! It has completely changed my life and increased my confidence with exercise tenfold. I came to the Well with goals regarding running another half-marathon without injury, and getting into better shape for my wedding. I lost weight, but also gained muscle which was a goal for me when wearing a sleeveless gown. I am so proud of how I looked and felt in my dress. Kazie caters my workouts to not only my physical goals but also to an overall holistic view of health including the mind, not just the body. Additionally, Aubrey has been extremely helpful with my running, providing me well thought out training plans and helping me to adapt it as needed. Personal training at the well is an investment, and continues to be something I look forward to every single week. I haven’t actually done business with The Well before, but I felt compelled to write a review. I’m a runner and run past this building pretty often. This last weekend, I was on a long run on Sunday morning. It was hotter than I expected and I was almost out of water only a quarter of the way through my run. As I ran past this building, I noticed the water cooler with cups. I’m not sure if it was meant for the public (I apologize if it was not), but I was so thirsty, I had to stop. I filled my small water bottle up and finished it twice before continuing on my run. I honestly don’t think I would’ve completed my run if I didn’t find water. Thank you so much for leaving that water outside. I’m definitely going to look here first when I need a personal trainer.

Aubrey and Amber have been wonderful to work with - they genuinely care about helping people reach their goals. They understand that incorporating a regular fitness routine isn't easy for those of us who haven't yet developed that habit, and worked with me to make changes that fit into my life - changes I could commit to and be consistent about doing. When my best friend died the day after I started with Amber, she was patient and flexible with me - one day we just talked, because that was what I needed from her to keep going that day. Two months later, my mother had a terrible fall and ended up spending 14 weeks in the hospital ( for 7 surgeries) and rehab, so I had many ups and downs. They understood that sometimes, you just have to maintain for awhile before you can progress. They were very respectful of my situation. That said, they encouraged me to take care of myself in every way possible, including my workouts and walking. I highly recommend them for their knowledge, support, and coaching.

I took a foam roller class at Richmond Wellness. It was a great class! It's a small, very personal setting. I loved it. The only problem was parking because the restaurant on the corner was having a charity brunch that morning. I found a space about a block away. It was okay though. Nothing like a good brisk walk to prepare you to stretch it out on a foam roller!!
I like the "mobile program" they offer......personal training on the go! Very convenient for busy people. The owner trains one of my friends and he looks amazing!! He said he feels great!

I have been training with Aubrey at Richmond Wellness for two years and have seen tremendous results. I initially started working with Aubrey to prepare for getting pregnant and birthing a baby.
