It is so nice to have a trainer with Brian’s knowledge and expertise right here in King George, so close to home. The gym he has set up at his home is fully equipped. He plans each training session to contain different exercises to work different muscle groups and to just keep things interesting. I am always exhausted, but in a good way! Always enjoy my workouts with Brian. He pushes me much further than I could do on my own.

Brian is very professional and a great trainer. I started at the end of August working out 2-3 times a week. I'm feeling and seeing results. Be prepared for a sweat and a great workout with each session. I never know what to expect because the workout changes with each session. Workouts includes weight lifting, cardio, resistant bands, etc. It's definitely worth the sweat.

I really enjoyed the water running training day. Donuts don’t taste very good after chasing them in circles around the pool. Brian is a creative trainer and I’m seeing the results. Making me chase donuts taught me that junk food isn’t worth it and hard work has greater rewards. Thanks Brian!

Physical and metal wellbeing are important. Brian worked with our boys to keep them in shape mentally and physically! He was professional and always ready and prepared for their workouts.Our boys looked forward to going to the sessions during the week and felt better afterwards. The workout environment is comfortable and offers a variety of exercises to keep you motivated .Brian provides great commication about the workouts and goals. If you are looking for a professional trainer, you need to call Brian! I have worked with other trainers in the past, and many times I ended up with injuries. That was not my experience with Brian. Brian really takes the time to understand your fitness goals and creates a plan that works for you! Brian is very professional and was always on time for all appointments. Brian also sends you the exercise routine after each appointment so you can refer back to it.
