The changing rooms are always clean and well maintained, and after training it's nice to relax in the sauna. Overall, the fitness center leaves only positive impressions. When I started with TRAIN I was postpartum and struggling both physically and mentally. I was discouraged and felt self-concious going to the gym by myself and know nothing about working out or the machines. My postpartum Motivation was challenging for me and I knew I needed help. I was paired up with Janine Frank as my trainer, and it has been life changing. Janine has a powerful and positive perspective on training and makes it fun to show up to work out—something I never thought was possible for me! She is down to earth, easy to talk to, and radiates a contagious positive energy. She always celebrates me just walking through the door and showing up for myself and it’s been a breath of fresh air. She never makes me feel judged for my limitations and also knows when to motivate and push me. I feel myself getting stronger by the day not just physically, but mentally. Working out with Janine has been the best therapy I could ask for in such a challenging time in my life. I could not recommend her enough!

All equipment I needed was available and in great condition … especially for any Hyrox athletes out there (turf, sleds, rower, etc). Dorsa and Tran are incredible. Combining Dorsa’s one on one training and Tran’s classes into my weekly regimen has let me achieve my goals and left me speechless.

I recently participated in a group training session at Train. With Happy Hour Athletics and it was an amazing experience! Tran, the trainer, is highly knowledgeable and created a supportive and motivating environment throughout the entire session.

The group training format was fantastic because it allowed for interaction and collaboration with other participants. It was great to work alongside like-minded individuals who shared similar fitness goals. The trainer is so excellent at adapting the exercises to accommodate different fitness levels, ensuring that everyone felt challenged and engaged.

The training sessions were well-structured and focused on a variety of exercises that targeted different muscle groups. The trainer provided clear instructions and guidance, ensuring proper form and technique. I could really feel the benefits of the workouts, both in terms of strength and endurance.

This dude is amazing! Full transparency - he is my cousin. Lol. So I’m a tad bit biased. But once you get past that - let me tell you. I’m all the way in TX and this man is checking in on me to make sure I’m eating enough, eating enough of the good foods, and that I’m being mindful of my numbers. All of these areas are based on conversations we’ve had once he determined what my ultimate goal was and IF he was a good fit for me. Before I paid. He wouldn’t let me pay until he explained what he does, and what I would need to be willing to do to see the progress I want. Then he asked just to confirm if I still wanted to utilize his services. And there was no hook up because we’re family. I’m paying real prices. You work with him to decide what you’d like to tackle first. Based on what he offers, what do you think will be most beneficial. For me, I’m not worried about changing my body composition or structure just yet. I just want to drop pounds. If you put in the work, so does he. He matches energy and will steadily push you to level up. I was never one who thought personal trainers were necessary, however Richard Sutton is making a believer out of me. He won’t disappoint. The only thing you have to lose is your doubt and that extra weight! Get started yesterday!!!!

Wow! Where do I even begin? Working with Sutton Richard as my personal trainer has been an absolute game-changer for me! From the moment I stepped into his gym, I knew I was in for something special.

Sutton's energy and enthusiasm are simply contagious. He has this magical ability to make you forget you're even working out, and instead, you feel like you're hanging out with a close friend. His positive vibes and fun-loving nature make every session an absolute blast!

Not only is Sutton an amazing trainer, but he's also incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my goals and tailored a workout plan specifically for me. His expertise in fitness and nutrition is mind-blowing, and he always had the perfect tips and advice to keep me motivated and on track.

One of the things I love most about Sutton is his creativity. Every workout with him is a unique experience. This is absolutely a 5 star facility! Joel Brand (personal trainer) introduced me to the space as well as the owner, JP, and I was completely blown away. As a local mobile physical therapist, I’ve been looking for a place to treat a few potential clients, and this facility meets all my needs and then some. The front desk (Cesar) was so welcoming when I came in with my first client, and I had everything I needed for a perfect physical therapy session with a patient of mine who lifts well above what a typical PT clinic has. All the personal trainers I met in person while I was there were extremely friendly as well and seemed incredibly knowledgeable from the little I could see of their sessions. 10/10 would recommend this facility!

Kenny is an amazing personal trainer. Kenny is positive, high energy and inspiring. I want to do my best when working with Kenny and that goes a long way. Next-level training with Rich Sutton! Rich is a well-rounded and
knowledgeable Trainer. He works with people of all body types and different goals. He is an expert at the traditional movements but also the functional movements. From Barbells to battle ropes to sledgehammers, Rich knows how to target and activate those muscles needed for growth. I do a combination of training where I do some workouts at home and some in the gym with Rich. He is to the point in person with training plans and when I am at home and send him a training video he promptly responds with ways I can improve my form and movement. Highly recommend Rich for anyone seeking to move to the
next level.

I would like to share some positive feedback for Chas Morgan as a Personal Trainer. I recently came out of a significant surgery. After 8 weeks of recovery (sitting in a Lazy Boy Recliner) I was cleared to return to my fitness training. Chas was instrumental in helping motivate and challenge me while I continued to heal. I was excited about Train as soon as I stumbled upon it’s “coming soon” Instagram page. I DM’d the IG page and the owner responded right back and invited me in for a tour! I was blown away by the amount of thought and detail put into the design of the gym. No expense was spared for this place. Rogue training equipment, turf lane, racks of weights and kettle bells for EACH lane, and gorgeous bathrooms with showers and toiletries. The lighting in this place is also incredible. There are even iPhone/camera stands in every lane so you can easily document your training sessions! They thought of everything.

The gym and equipment are always in pristine condition and the staff is super friendly.

What sets Train apart from other gyms is the level of personalization and attention that the trainers give to their clients. Each trainer has a small number of clients that they work with closely to design personalized training programs based on each client's goals, fitness level, and any injuries or limitations. They also have a nutrition+wellness coach that works closely with the trainers to pair nutrition programs with the individual client’s needs and goals.

I have loved training with Joel, one of their trainers who specializes in hypertrophy and physique transformation. I am a mother of 3, I had babies in 2011, 2017, and most recently in 2020, and I am stronger and leaner than I have ever been in my entire life. Joel is attentive, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping me reach my goals. When I first met with Joel he took the time to understand my goals and any concerns I had about my fitness level, and then created a workout plan that was tailored to me. Like many women, I wanted to attain that hourglass shape, but I also could not spend hours upon hours in the gym, I needed a streamlined process. Throughout my experience with Joel, he has been very supportive and encouraging throughout each workout, making sure that I was using proper form and pushing me to give my very best effort.

All this to say, I am ecstatic that I walked through the doors of Train, back before it was even officially open! All the trainers are top tier and have unique specialties for whatever your goal may be, the equipment is all brand new, and the personalized training approach is very effective. If you're looking for a boutique gym that offers personal training and a more intimate setting, Train is definitely worth checking out.

Really love the streamlined set up and everyone is so pleasant. Quality equipment and the business model is great for people that need schedule flexibility. Bathrooms are great. Love my trainer. If I had to make a suggestion for improvement, I would add a weight machine for arms/legs for a lot more versatility than a barbell can do. Just need 1 for the facility. Same with the bike, one or two is fine which would then allow better access to the turf.
