Train Strong Fit is a motivating, high energy fitness studio offering Personal Training & small group classes with a mix of weight training, HIIT, cardio, & more! Our clients love our challenging fun workouts that bring them the results they want! They are stronger, healthier, happier and love they way they feel. Our trainers are all certified and help members maximize their efforts in the gym with positive coaching, educating on proper form and accountability! Love the atmosphere, variety of workouts and the overall community there. Al is great at motivating us, super upbeat and always willing to help when we have questions about the correct form for an exercise. Such a great gym!

Absolutely LOVE this fitness program!! I joined at age 64 having not worked out for five years. I found the program both doable because the coach, Al, adjusted it to my level, but at the same time it challenged me every time. Within a couple of weeks, I could feel my body becoming more mobile and stronger. Everybody is friendly and I love the small group classes.

My wife and I wanted to become healthier and tried to do it on our own with limited success as we watched what we ate and went for walks in the evening. This use to work, but it was apparent that it was not having the same results as we aged. We started going to Train Strong with Al as our coach. It has made a significant difference for both my wife and I. Every week is a different set of exercises focused on all the muscle groups. The change every week prevents the workouts from getting boring. Al has been flexible scheduling the workouts as well as with the workouts adapting to our needs for the week. We really enjoy our weekly hour with Al as well as our homework assignments prepared by Al. Well worth the time and money!!

There's lots to love about TSF! Friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable trainers that lead the workout sessions - which are different every day! There is never any judgment should personal modifications be needed, for any reason. And the group atmosphere makes working out fun!

I started TSF 2 months ago and it was one of the best decisions Iβve made. Coach Steph, Casey, Al and Lea are awesome and very helpful in so many ways. They are motivating, knowledgeable and genuinely care. The smaller class size was important to me so I could have more individualized attention vs other places where class sizes can be overwhelming. There is so much this facility has to offer even beyond the awesome group classes that Iβm looking forward to exploring in the near future. I highly recommend giving TSF a try! You wont regret it.

Great trainers, great equipment, great atmosphere. I did 6 months of personal training with Coach Steph then joined the LIIT class. Such a nice group of people. Nice class size 3 times/week. Wonderful instructor, Al. We have a lot of fun and great workouts. No pressure to perform.

TSF is the first gym I have ever belonged to where I am motivated, pushed and actually see and feel results ! The trainers are very knowledgeable-classes are fun- and the workouts will kick your butt! I really like that every day is different and the trainers are able to modify any exercise for your particular needs. I would definitely recommend TSF to anyone looking for a great workout. I can't say enough good about the TSF crew. There's a welcoming atmosphere when you walk in the door, a hugely supportive community, and a lot of creative workouts to make you sweat!
I'm a reluctant work-out person, but I actually look forward to classes at TSF because they're fun, different every time, and challenging without feeling overwhelming.

TSF has changed my life in so many ways. I started with TSF in July 2016. I am now 6 months in and have lost 53 lbs and my energy is through the roof. I joined because of the family atmosphere where everyone holds everyone accountable. The group training works for me as you feel like you are part of a team. The trainers are awesome motivators which makes you come back for me. I highly recommend you give TSF a try.

I love this place! I've been working out at home for a long time, but I wasn't seeing the results! I was maintaining my weight, but wasn't toning at all, and it was the number one thing I wanted. I felt so frustrated, and almost gave up on working out, until a friend invited me to TSF. It totally kicked my butt! Here's the difference: You push yourself! At home, I thought I worked hard, but not really. I would stop if it got too tough or I just felt lazy. At TSF, you want to keep going. You want to challenge yourself! You find yourself increasing your weights. Others around are doing it, and it motivates you. Stephanie and Genise are awesome! They never make you feel like you're not working hard enough. They encourage, but also push you to do your best. I think they have more faith in us that we do in ourselves some days! In four weeks, I had lost inches, gained muscle, and lost body fat. I couldn't believe it. Over the next two months, I saw even more results! I also think the mental part of it is awesome! When I leave TSF, I feel good about myself! I feel like I accomplished something that was hard, but worth it. Even a day or two after a work out, I feel it in my legs, or glutes, or arms, and it reminds me that I did something good for my body! I realized a few years ago that, barring surgery, I can't make myself look any younger, but I can make my body look better and more fit!

Train Strong Fit is what I was looking for (and what I needed) in a gym. During my initial conversations with the couches, I stated I wanted two things; a structured workout and to ensure I performed the exercises with the correct form. That is exactly what I got and more; couches are spot on, always observing, keeping you motivated and on track to an effective workout.
TSF has been a great place to maintain and progress my fitness levels and goals. Always a variation of challenging new exercises, always a variation of muscle group. Classes and exercises are designed for every ability group, you will gain from what you put into it. Trust me.

You will fall in love with Train Strong Fit after your first visit - and you get a free week to see what it's all about! The energy that the trainers, Stephanie and Genise, have is contagious and it is obvious they are both passionate about helping you reach your goals. TSF brings everything you need to help you succeed - cross training workouts, nutrition advice and motivation. You only have one job - show up! Before you know it, you'll be doing burpees without realizing they suck so bad. :) Stephanie and Genise guide you and encourage you through each workout and always modify exercises according to your goals and/or specific ailments. TSF is a really unique and special place. The trainers are some of the best people I have ever met. Steph and Genise will support you, encourage you, and help you grow in so many ways. TSF is definitely about working hard and seeing results, but it is also about family. I really love the accountability and support that I get from everyone there. You wake up wanting to go to the gym. It is an amazing feeling. You will be challenged, but can also set individual goals, that Stephanie and Genise will help you figure out. It is for all different training levels, from novice to advanced. The workouts are changed up every day so you will never be bored. With a really convenient location to 95 and Hanover, it is very easy to get to. And there are different classes throughout the day, or personal training, if that's what you prefer. I like that you can try out a week for free to see if it is a good fit for you. I think you will fall in love too!
