My kids gave me 3 sessions with Jenny for a Christmas gift 2 years ago. It’s the best gift they ever gave me! I’ve been working with Jenny ever since. She has helped me so much. My strength, balance and overall fitness have improved. I’m in my 70s with osteoarthritis. Jenny adjusts workouts to accommodate any issues I may have and makes our sessions fun. Thank you Jenny!

An absolutely amazing person. Jenny has taken the time to learn "me" as I learn how to effectively exercise. Can’t say enough great things about Jenny!! I’ve been seeing her for almost a year and she has taught me so much. I have had the pleasure of training with Jenny for over a year now. Jenny is not only my trainer, but a friend and mentor. I feel strong, and healthy both physically and mentally. So many great things to say about working with Jenny here at UMatter. She is more than willing to help you anyway she can to help you reach your goals. I seeked help because I was pre diabetic, overweight and could not imagine stepping foot into a gym. I feel comfortable and can actually put in the work without the fear of being in a crowded gym. Having Jenny as a resource and accountability I am no longer prediabectic and have been able to reach my goal weight. Also, the ladies with PCOS who feel defeated, look no further! Since starting my fitness journey my symptoms have improved and I was able to lose the weight and have been keeping it off. Best part is I really feel I have learned how to live a balanced healthy lifestyle. Not just lose a bunch of weight by extreme measures just to put it back on. I've been training with Jenny for a little over two years. She is very professional, knowledgeable, dedicated and most of all supportive and encouraging. She really cares about all of her clients and pushes you just enough to get results but not hard enough that it's not fun and enjoyable. I would recommend her to anyone that wants solid training with an amazing trainer.

I cannot say enough nice things about Jenny. She is a caring and knowledgeable trainer who will make you feel comfortable no matter your fitness level. I have worked with her for almost 2 years now and our workouts are my favorite day of the week. After being intimidated by the weight room at the gym, I sought out her expertise in regards to learning correct form and now am confident in my ability to properly lift without injury. She is inspiring as a person and puts out a positive energy that will make you realize you (U) matter!
