My current gym. Staff is friendly, its clean, they take care of the equipment and the sauna almost always works. Its small and the equipment selection is not huge but that is not a big deal for me.

This is absolutely the perfect gym, right in the heart of Gainesville with every essential tool you need to stay fit or start your fitness journey. 24-hour access gives me the flexibility to get a workout at any time I want. The staff are amazing as well. I'm so glad I found this place, saved me the drive to Chantilly just to work out.

Amazing gym!! The facility itself is kept very clean and has versatile equipment, not to mention there are always different workout classes available! The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. I am used to other gyms being intimidating, but at United I am confident and feel excited every time I go. I couldn’t recommend a better place!!

The gym is always clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The group workout classes that are offered keeps workouts exciting, and the trainers are knowledgeable and supportive. Whether you’re a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, this gym has everything you need to reach your goals. Highly recommend.

If you want to risk losing your healthy teeth, I would not recommend this place. They unnecessarily drilled on a healthy tooth, and when I raised concerns, they didn’t take any responsibility. I had a very disappointing experience

My son’s friend recommended United Fitness, they have a great deal for young adults so he joined when he was 16-17. The manager will always respond to your concerns and Staffs always make you feel welcome. I heard the gym is a local business owned by respect family. My son and his friends love U.

I love this gym. Very clean, modern and has most if not all of the equipment that I need. The 24/7 access is great too. Feels like a home gym. I’d love if you guys could also add a pull up/dips station as well! Keep up the great work

I wish I could give this gym a 10 star rating but unfortunately Im only able to give it 5. The U is such a clean and wonderful gym and has such a positive atmosphere to work out in! The staff is also very kind and friendly and would love to give anybody a tour who is thinking of finding a new gym. And the most important part for me is the music. In the past I would forget my headphones and have to listen to dreadful gym music at other facilities but not at THE U. Who ever made up the music playlist has Excellent taste!!!

I hope I can one day change this review to 5 stars. But for now, this is what it is.
Starting with the good: This gym is new, they changed a few things in the building where OneLife was before and the space created is just phenomenal. The gym is clean and the machines are new, looked like heaven to me.
Con: The music! I've been to many gyms and they normally have some kind of "gym classical" playlist, everyone uses earphones anyway, but here, whenever I go all I hear is Loud Reggaeton, and rap or something alike. It is extremely unpleasant and hard to cover up the noise with my earphone. I don't understand the music choice. I often hurry through my workout to get out of there.......which is unfortunate. I was not born in the US, I am not old, I am a young mother, I get it some people like this kind of music, but for a public space I find it often inappropriate.
